Guess who gets a new ref!

So here is some basic info

Age: 21

Abilities: venom in her tail barb causes severe hallucinations, she can also spit a flesh-burning acid, all pink and blue parts on her body glow in the dark

Weaknesses: her glowing spots give her away when hiding since she cannot control them, her own poison can affect her, and she can accidentally stab herself with her barb if she's not careful enough, she can't run for very long without getting tired (still being worked on)

Short backstory: it is unknown why Neon looks so unusual, her origins are a very closely guarded secret, even she herself isn't entirely sure, two common theories is that she was cursed as an egg or that she was not naturally created, she is usually feared by others and is the new leader of the tropical region after her parents recently retired. (Sorry for the short backstory, it's still in somewhat development)
