Each color is a different country, and each dot with a name is the capital
the countries and their capitals go as follows with pronunciation:

Volcatraz ( vohl-CUH-trahz) - A'Asuqi (A-Ah-suki)
Chigagawa (chi-gah-guhwa) - Xuchion (zoo-chee-on)
Dokutov (dok-ooh-tahv) - Rancarro (ran-car-oh)
Hawthorn Isles (the pronunciation is pretty straightforward) - Ieuwei (you-ay)
Soluva (sol-ooh-va) - Zandorix (zan-door-icks)
Soluvin (sol-ooh-vin) - Juthiphus (joo-thi-fus)
Gnaxia (Guh-nax-ee-ah) - Supra (sue-pra)

K now here's the main plot

So basically there are three prominent main races on the planet: Humans, Enhanced Conscious Beings (ECBs), and hybrids of the two. ECBs are all from space/another planet/an alternate universe/not Earth. Humans are just your average humans. Hybrids are rare, outlawed, and at the lowest point in the social hierarchy.
The Governments of Soluva, Volcatraz, and Chigagawa have openly declared ECBs a threat, and have set up a program to exterminate them; the ECB extermination program (ECBEP).
However, there are also resistance groups, dubbed after bird names as a code. They are named to following:
Chigagawan Resistance - Desert Hawks
Volcatraz Resistance - Cliff Eagles
Soluva Resistance - River Falcons
Gnaxia has been regarded for decades as barren and incapable of harnessing life. When it is actually the contrary; ECBs are flourishing there. With even their own government system, ECBs are safe from the knowledge of the outside world.
However, Orpheus and his parents Perseus and Ophelia—who is pregnant with Pollux—move to Soluva from the Hawthorn Isles, unaware of the opposition that exists. They are attacked by the ECBEP from Soluva and an infant Pollux is taken from them. The broken family is forced to Gnaxia with their remaining son.
Meanwhile, Pollux is rescued by the Chigagawan Resistance and raised by Atlas, who lives with his cousin Quecuso.
Due to the finding of the ECB family, the governments start creating new laws and increasing security levels, which cause most—if not all—ECBs to flee to Gnaxia. This event is referred to as The Relocation.
Now, all the ECBs in Gnaxia are banding together in a unified forced to defeat the opposing kingdoms and bring freedom to humans and ECBs alike.
