So I just found out that one of the entries from last contest claimed they used a base but just completely traced and recolored it. To make this completely clear, this is not a base. This is a recolored if you do that.

Now this is a base. You draw your own things on it, it's your own.

Okay.... now that that's done, here's one more thing.

If you have won a contest, you can enter the next but if you win that one too, you're not allowed to enter the newt one. (basically if you win twice in a row, you can't enter the third one so others have a shot.) But you can enter the one after that.
