I did these on my new IPad app called Ibis Paint X. It is similar to photoshop, I spent 40$ on a new stylus. A universal one with a narrow tip, do not buy the plush cheap versions they suck! Also I suggest wearing a normal glove while drawing so you don't move the picture around. I have a video of how I did it from first steps to the finished product but I don't know how to download it to wattpad. Ibis paint records all of your strokes for you making it handy to post on other sites.

So I carried on with the image. Decided to do something wintery.
