Lol, nope! Why should I? If I didn't leave him, my fellow colonists would've continued to remain in the depths of despair and suffering! I didn't want Britain to have tyrannical rule over me anymore!

If you don't believe me, then do your research! 

Besides, Britain's not THAT heartbroken anymore! He's gone over it enough to be where we can still talk to each other normally!
