By the next morning, Trinitie had already recovered. The deaths of the tributes had not disturbed her sleep, even the ones that had taken place whilst she had not been watching:

She had already made her decision; she had been far too nice to the tributes overnight. This morning was her chance to make up for the previous kindness that she had showered onto the arena.

"Good morning," she smiled, waltzing into the room where the rest of the Game-Makers were waiting. "Sorry I'm late, but I've been thinking.

"Did it hurt?" asked Goldie, sarcastically.

"No," scowled Trinitie, her smile fading. "But I've been planning something that will. Those little hummingbirds are becoming a sense of relief to our tributes. I think it's time that we betrayed their fragile trust. Marcus, we planned this from the start. You know what to do."

Without even explaining to either Goldie or Layla, Marcus pushed a single button on the panel in front of him.

The Task: The traditional mutation task! Your hummingbirds, once your friends, will turn to glowing gold creatures with red eyes and a taste for blood. With their razor sharp beak, they can easily inflict fatal wounds and they had very hard to catch. If you killed your hummingbird, don't worry! I'm sure Marcus will send a new one after you.

The Kills: You may kill as many as you want in your entry but these kills will not count and, for that reason, I will not require a list. However, I will need a list of three ballots.

The Word Limit: None

The Scoring: Like all tasks so far, the familiar score out of twelve will be what you receive. However, please refrain from making rankings as the scores and kills may not always relate to the scores in the rankings. A few tributes are having to suffer penalties for revealing who they are, but there has not been any major accidents so far.

The Twist: Knowledge is power, my dear tributes. You may, at the end of your entry, put one name who you wish to know the author of. However, this is not compulsory - remember that this sort of knoweldge will come at a price.

The Deadline: 1st of August, 2015 , 11pm BST. I am on holiday and therefore may not get back to any questions you ask until the day the tasks are due. I will also not be able to offer constant messages as a reminder. If in doubt, assume its okay.
