Walking down the paths of the small town, Diana tried to clear her head but her want and need hadn't calmed down. She saw a tavern and decided if she couldn't be with either of those two because she didn't want to die, then she would drink her desire away. The bar wasn't crowded, just a few local people there. A few playing darts, one in the corner drinking and he bar tender who looked up and down.

"What can I get ya?" he questioned as he cleaned the glass in his hand.

"Whisky?" she replied but it sounded more like a question.

The bar tender nodded and made the drink then handed it over to her. However she had caught the attention of the dart players. Attention she didn't want or need now. Still they came over and one by one attempted to flirt with her. One asking her name, the other asking if she wanted to have some fun. She didn't notice the man in the corner shaking his head as one of the players took their finger and ran it down her arm.

Victoria's side then kicked in, at least her fighting skills did. Grabbing the mans hand she turned and starred him down.

"Did I say you could touch me?" Diana questioned.

"You didn't say anything doll, that says a lot." He smiled as he gripped her hand back.

"Let her go, you fellas have had more than enough to drink and I'm sure the lady doesn't need help with her drink." The man in the corner said as he stood up and walked to the bar.

"This ain't any of your business pal.'' One commented with a laugh.

This wasn't going to end well, Diana could tell. The new man was about to say something when one of the players then went to swing, Diana however grabbed their hand and pushed them backwards. Jumping up from her seat, she saw the man from the corner offering his hand and she took it. He spun her right out of what would have been a right hook. Instead he kicked the guy in the stomach, knocking him to the ground. One went right after Diana and she grabbed a nearby chair and broke it over his head. Only one guy left and since he saw his two friends knocked out, he decided to play dead and just fall on the ground.

"Well, you know how to liven a place up." The man said as he looked at Diana. "Names Hugh, what's yours?"

Then desire hit Diana hard and she knew that she may end up having a one-night stand. She knew how horrible it was to even think about it but she needed help as did any mortal woman.

"Diana, thanks for the help Hugh." She smiled as she walked right up to him.

Whatever her eyes were saying to him, he was more than willing to go with. The next thing she knew, she was with him in his room. Kissing and going further than she had with either of the vampires back her at home. Running her hands in his mid-length chestnut hair she kissed him hard and long. There was no way he was denying her either, he held onto her as if his life depended on it. He was a well-built man, that was easy for Diana to tell from his six pack not to mention the fact that he was tall, she was always attracted to tall men though she didn't know why. The scruff of his beard didn't bother her either. Sitting on the bed, Hugh held her close to him as his kiss became rougher and more wanting.

Clothes were gone, the actions had become a bit sloppy but felt with more passion than she had ever felt in her life. Diana didn't know she could feel so much pleasure from one person and though she knew that she would probably never see him again, she wanted to make it last as long as she could. He made her body feel wanted and needed by his own. Their bodies moved in sync, almost as if they had known one another before. As they finished, Hugh kissed her and held her close to him as he drifted off to sleep with her in his arms.

The sun wasn't even up yet as Diana removed herself from Hugh, he slept soundly as she left a small note and kissed him one last time before putting the clothes on and sneaking back to the plantation. Once inside she didn't hear either James or Colin. She wondered where they might be or if they maybe doing the same thing that she had just done. Barely stepping into the kitchen she was surprised with the sight before her, Colin was there and had a knife held to his neck by a woman in only her underwear and bra.

"You ain't worth my time, you probably don't even know where she is. You were just a side fling.'' The girl laughed as Diana took a vase and smashed it over the womans head.

The woman fell to the ground and Colin hugged Diana.

"What happened and who the hell was that?" Diana asked as Colin grabbed her hand and ran upstairs.

Diana had no idea what was going on but with Colin running at this speed, she knew that it wasn't a good sign. Finally, at the attic, Colin put his finger against his lips letting her know to be silent. Confused she nodded and watched as Colin slowly opened the door and two women had James tied to a chair. Well she was only gone for a bit and now crazy women were trying to kill Colin and James.

"Where is the girl? We killed her little friend and now our queen wants the slut before she will change us." The blonde girl with curly hair also only in only her underclothes said as she pointed a dagger at James.

"Go to hell." James replied as the other girl, a brunette, slapped him and laughed.

"Tell us or we might have to send you there first." The blonde laughed.

Diana had had enough, and she then jumped up and tackled the two girls onto the floor. Colin ran in with his vampire speed and cuts James's ropes. The two girls were trying to fight Diana but thanks to Victoria's old fighting moves, Diana was able to take them on with a speed she didn't even know she had. However, when about ten others showed up they knew they were outnumbered.

"Any ideas?" Colin asked James and Diana.

"Not at the moment." Diana sighed and was about to put her hands up when she heard someone call out her name.

"DIANA!" a male voice she knew all too well now called out from the stairs.

"Who is that?" Colin question as both he and James looked over at her.

"HUGH! IN THE ATTIC!" Diana screamed as loud as she could.

She didn't know why he had followed her but any help at this moment was good help. This however was when the other ten girls decided to attack. Trying to take on as many as they could, Colin and James tried to keep Diana blocked off but of course one got through. One bigger and stronger looking then Diana.

"My queen will be happy for her last meal." The giant woman said grabbing Diana by her throat and holding her against the wall nearby.

"DIANA!" Colin yelled looking my way.

Hugh had now seen that the giant was holding me and he took a dagger out of his boot and one slash to her leg and the giant tumbled down. Dropping me in the process, right into Hugh's arms. Colin had just thrown the last girl out of the window and both he and James now starred at Hugh and I.

"So...who's the guy?" Colin questioned crossing his arms.

"One night stand vampire hunter?" Hugh questioned as he sat Diana down and cleared his voice. "Name is Hugh and Diana and I met in the bar, she didn't know I was a hunter but I knew about her and you two."

"Yet you slept with her?" James questioned with a stern look.

"I'm mortal, if I sleep with her I won't kill her. She needed a man for a night so I was there." Hugh said now crossing his arms.

Well...this just got a lot more complicated. Diana came up as separated the vampires and hunter.

"Stop, you say you knew about us? How is that?" Diana asked Hugh.

"He's a hunter, they know mostly everything except how to kill us for good." Colin grinned a Hugh.

"If you are asking why I haven't kill you its because I know she needs you. Colin and James are the only two who know how and where to hide her until I can finish this queen off for good." Hugh states as he looks at Diana.

"That's a suicide mission for a mortal." James sighs.

"I agree, however if I can work with you two then maybe we can help one another."

Diana watched as the men talked, she didn't have much to say. In fact she was terrified since those girls had found the house that she would have no place to stay safe. James could sense he fear and walked right to her.

"We are leaving tonight, we have other places to hide." He tells her as he gently touches her face.
