"Ok Ashkit what does Chervil do?" Mossfrost meowed as Batkit and Flamekit watched them talk. "Do you think Ashkit would be a Medicine cat?" Batkit looked at Flamekit. "I hope so I wouldn't want to be one anytime soon." He meowed and Batkit giggled. "Same I would hate being a Medicine cat." Batkit looked back at the two talking as she heard Mossfrost and Ashkit talking about apprenticing. "I always wanted to be a Medicine cat!" Ashkit squeaked jumping up and down as Mossfrost got up and meowed to Ashkit. "I will talk to Pinestar and see what he would say." he purred and padded out of the den leaving the three kits to talk.

"Let all cats old enough to jump in battle gather around the fallen rocks!" Pinestar meowed moving his tail around his paws and waited for everyone to gather around. "We had five kits who where with us for six moons now!" He meowed looking at the five kits sitting with Goldenlight and Cindervine. "It's time they become apprentices!" He yolwed happily.  I never had five apprentices have a ceremony together in a long time!" He exclaimed. "Mousekit come forward." Pinestar meowed as he looked around for a mentor. "Your mentor will be Graycoat. I hope he will show you wisdom and respect." As the two of them greeted he looked at Flowerkit. "Flowerkit your mentor will be Leopardsky! I hope he will show you courage in battle and great statics." He meowed than looked at Flamekit. "Flamekit! Your mentor will be Berrylight! I hope she will show you love and not hate!" Pinestar meowed and looked at Batkit. "Batkit your mentor will be MossFrost!" He meowed as Batkit gasped and some other cats did as well. "I'm supposed to be a warrior not a a medicine cat!" She hissed at Pinestar. "I had a dream from Starclan and said that you will need to be Medicine cat!" He meowed as he let MossFrost greet Batkit. "I know this wasn't supposed to happen but I wil try my best to succeed batkit." Mossfrost smiled as he looked as Batkit. "Ashkit step forward! Your mentor will be Snakeshade I hope he will give you the swiftness secrets and the lurking off shadows!" He meowed as he yelled out the new names. "MOUSEPAW, FLOWERPAW, FLAMEPAW, BATPAW, ASHPAW!" The rest of the clan cheered.

"So what are we doing Mossfrost?" Batpaw said she started getting used to being a Medicine cat apprentice after a few days. "Your going to meet Starclan Batpaw." He meowed walking with her to a huge tree farther ahead as she spotted a couple more cats ahead. "Let's go catch up to the others." He meowed as Batpaw ran behind him. "What is this tree it's so huge!" Batpaw said with shock. "This is the Moontree Batpaw there is this plant inside that we put our noses on and it it turned white." He meowed showing her inside and to meet the others. "Hi my name is Birdclaw Medicine cat of Cloudclan." A fluffy orange she-cat meowed to Batpaw. "My name is Flowershine and this is my apprentice Streampaw." A white She-cat meowed and looked at a blue gray Tom right beside her. "Welcome young one my name is Weaselpounce. It's nice to meet you." A She-cat purred and layed down waiting for everyone to lay down to and touch noses to the stick in the middle. "Once she got there she saw a bunch of cats in a circle around her. "Greetings young one." A voice behind her meowed as she saw a orange Tom padded over to her. "I see your the new medicine cat apprentice. My name is Fallenwish." He meowed looking at Batpaw with pride.   "I need to tell you something quick before you wake up." He meowed as Batpaw nodded. "Beware of the darkness that will seek to your blood." Fallenwish meowed as he faded away leaving Batpaw to think. "But what does it mean?" She meowed to her self as the rest woke up
