Valerie's hair now^

The doctors went right to work. They were going fast that I just sat back holding my head in my hands. What is she going to think of me. When her eyes open all I can imagine is her starring at me and burst out crying.

She was scared of me and first I was glad she was but now I'm not to sure of myself. I sit their for hours waiting. The doctor rushes in and tells me to come quickly.

I jump to my feet rushing into the room. I see a crying Valerie holding the sheets tight. "Please n-no I'll do right. Please doctor d-don't make him beat me a-gain." She's sobbing loudly and I go over to her picking her up. She squirms in my hold and doesn't stop.

"Alpha she suffered a concussion, and severe whips on her back. But we have everything fixed." I nod and carry her out of the room. I turn corners and corners until I finally found my room. Still like I left it before they put me in the cells.

I turned on the shower and came back out to Valerie still crying. "Your going to have to take a shower Val so either you want me to remove your clothes or you can." She cries even harder and I groan.

Let me out, let me out! My wolf was begging to come out. He's not satisfied until she's dead. I growl as he gets through and I try taking back over.

He rips her clothes off and that's when I take back control. I wasn't letting this get any further. I picked her up and held her close to my chest.

"I'm sorry Val. My wolf came out." I carried her into the shower and she stood slouched. Sobbing harder. "My b-back burns." She sniffles. The water hits her faded hair that used to have color in it. Her normal hair color was returning to its brown when she was a kid.

I massage her scalp and she flinches. Once finished with everything I turn the water off and wrap her into a towel. I stand there for a while starring her down. This was the first time I was seeing her without blood all over her.

She was beautiful. I give her one of my shirts and some shorts to put on and she whispers a thank you. I lay her in my bed and by surprise she sits up real fast. "What are you doing?"

She shakes her head while I get in. "Why are w-we in the same bed?" I chuckle shaking my head. "Because we're mates." "I tried explaining that to you when we first met", she whispers.

"I think I should let you see your mother. She's probably crying a river right now.

Valerie's pov

He leads me out of the room and I'm terrified. It felt as if he could snap on me in any second. As we walk I start to get excited then what I was. All I wanted to see was my brother and mother.

We knock on the door to my small house and my mother answers it. She stands their confused but she hugs me tight. Her tears soaking my shoulder.

"I thought you were gone baby." She kisses my forehead. "Just like your father." She sighs and I wonder were James is. "He's with a friend right now." It was as if my mother could read my mind. Alexander growls and sniffs the air.

"I need you to take cover now! There's rogues!"

I pause for a second and start to have a panic attack. I remember what the last rogue attack

*Flash back*

I hear a growl and I knew it was a rogue before it even jumped out. "You, your the reason us rogues came to the pack." He stalks towards me and I back up.

"Let's put you to use." He winks while standing over me. I start to kick at him but he only chuckles. "Stop even trying because you won't succeed." He tugs at my pants and my eyes widen.

"Get away from me!" He growls while tugging at my pants again finally getting them off. "This is it. I will forever be scarred by this.

I whimper as I hear his belt jingle. I take this time to kick at his man hood area  causing him to fall back. I start to run having no clue were I'm heading. I didn't even have time to throw on my pants.

I hear him close on my heals and I push myself a little harder to go faster. I'm tackled on the floor and the rogue sits on top of me causing me to go stiff. He starts throwing punches nonstop at my face. I could see the blood on his knuckles dripping.

I feel like I'm losing conscious when I feel him tug at my cotton panties. My eyes widen and he grins. I try moving but he punches me causing me to stop squirming.

Alexander picks me up because I blanked out and he starts to run to the safety shelter. I was to scared to open my eyes so I closed them.
