Tunes (she will beat me if she heard)

Seated in his office with Stanice, Stanley refused to even listen to anything, I never liked this guy for anything and I think he should be grateful our Tania wants to even sing with his Charles, both of them have worked so hard on this music to just put a stop to it, the collaboration would have been the best thus making a hit song but what does he know? His selfishness and pride is everything there is to him.

"Have you considered what he wants?" Stanice asked but Stanley is crazy, I think they both have something going on with them but I'm not so sure.

"It is what I want here and not what he wants, he is under me" Stanley arrogantly replied, it was starting to annoy me here. "This song belonged to Charles originally and I am not sharing the glory with anybody most especially You!" He added.

"Yes no wonder it is Tania Hunt featuring Charles Carlway" I butt in and please note the sarcasm.

"And who is this thing? Does your employees now speak for you?" Stanley asked Stanice.

"As long as it makes sense, this is going to earn us more! Fans have been expecting their song together" Stanice replied.

"No collab" Stanley stated firmly.

"I'm sure Charles can go ahead with his rap then but note the song will do well with both of them but if you insist then they can both sing their own version, let's see who hits the top of the chart" I said and Stanley was furious, apparently he doesn't want me interfering.

Good Stanice, I take that challenge".

We left Stanley office and headed straight to the car, Stanice said nothing as we walked out, the whole Stella must still be affecting him and I think he needs to take a while off, get something different doing to get his mind off her.

It is not really nice when best friends are same gender, they are scum, they will want everything you own even the person you love, sometimes I wonder if love was worth all the hurt but then it is, isn't it?

"I'd be meeting with Cole alone" Stanice said out of nowhere, did I hear him right?

"Sorry, you said?" I asked to confirm I heard right, he has never gone for any business meet up without me.

"Where was your mind? Were you deaf?" He yelled, okay he was definitely mad at me.

"Did I do something wrong?" He stared at me like I was the most stupid person on earth, 'what did I do' I thought.

"I think I have given you so much freedom Tunica, how dare you make a proposition without telling me" What? did he really mean that? Wow! I was shocked.

"It's not my first Stan" I said confused, he has always commended me for making great propositions, so what now?

"Make it your last and it is sir" he stated.

"What?" I asked shocked, I wasn't just his worker but a friend so what does all of these mean? He has never....... He loved it when I call his name!

"What you heard" he replied "Leave for the day, you are no longer needed today" he added and stepped out of the car, it was then I realised we already returned. WTF!

Since my boss has gone crazy, I decided it will be best spending the rest of the day with Jerry, it has not been a really good day for me but guess what? He said he was busy with work, my next option was Asher, so I decidend to ring him up.

"Hey Tunes" his annoying voice said as he picked up my call, I warned him not to call me this and he even influenced my mom.

"Hey Ashes" I replied trying to sound as normal as possible but I failed, Stanice was confusing me and I don't know why, I just did what I do on a regular.

"Nice payback, watsup with you?" He asked.

"Nothing, wanna hang at my place later?" I asked in reply, it took him a while to respond probably looking through his schedule.

"Night time, I'm totally busy today" he replied, how come everyone is busy today when I need them. I started packing my stuffs to leave for home, I hope he gets off whatever he had taken today, as I was about leaving, the devil himself appeared.

"Better be on time tomorrow" He spat but I just left leaving no reply, If this is how he deals with his break up then he had better be prepared to get a new assistant.
I left angrily, on my way home I stopped by to get some groceries and then headed straight home, it was good on one part since I get to spend more time in bed and snuggle with my pillow. Great!

I saw a familiar car parked in front of my house, what was he doing here? I never invited him nor gave him my address yet, so how come? I went to give the car a proper look and confirmed it was his. Why is Jerry in my house? Is he not supposed to be busy with work? Was there a surprise waiting for me? No, no one here knows him. I've got to find out!!!
