Viktor had taken notice of how breathless I was, he immediately stood from his seat pulling me up with him. "I'm sorry, but Yuuri doesn't seem to feel well at the moment. May I please take him to the nurse?" He asked desperately, the teacher gave us a pass and allowed us to leave, I almost fainted when I was pushed pass JJ, I could feel his deadly eyes on me and Viktor as we rushed out of the classroom.

We didn't go to the nurse, instead Viktor took me to the empty bathroom I had found him in a couple of days ago and locked the door, I pressed myself against a wall and tried to control my rapid breathing. Viktor gently took hold of my hands and lowered me to the ground, he probably saw how badly my legs were shaking. "Breathe Yuuri." He told me in a gentle tone rubbing my knuckles in an attempt to get me to calm down, it somehow works a bit but I'm still not able to control my breathing.

Viktor looks terrified, he's probably scared that I'll end up passing out, and reluctantly let's go of my hands. For a moment I think that he's going to leave, but he doesn't, instead he cups my face in his large cold hands and looks at me straight in the eyes. "Breathe with me Yuuri." He demanded and pressed one of my hands against his non beating chest. "In...." He takes a steady breath, I could feel his chest rise with breath. "...Out." He slowly releases the breath, his chest lowering at the action.

He repeats the action this time I do it with him, and little by little I calm down and control my breathing. "You okay?" Viktor asked as he delicately swiped a strand of hair away from my face. "Yeah." I nodded with my eyes closed. "Thank you." I give him a weak smile and lean my head against the cold tiled wall, I sway and before I know it my upper body is falling forward I squeezed my eyes shut expecting the pain to come.

It never did, I opened my eyes and see that Viktor is holding me up in his arms. "You must be in shock..." He mumbled as he pressed his cool hand against my forehead. "You should've stayed home, your pushing your body over its limit you need rest." He held a worried look. "I can't just stay home." I protested. "If I miss school I'll be missing out on important information." I explained groggily.

Viktor sighed and then hummed in thought. "Okay how about I give you my notes, that way you won't have to miss anything." He suggested. "...Alright fine," I agreed and gripped onto his arm. "Are you feeling nauseous or dizzy?" He asked curiously and eyed me with concern filled eyes, I shut my eyes and took a breath before reopening them. "I'm fine." I nodded and stood with trembling legs, Viktor rolled his eyes and effortlessly scooped me up into his arms pressing me against his chest, I yelped and clung to his shirt. "Put me down!" I hit his shoulder.

He shook his head and gave me a mischievous smile, dammit even his playful smile is hot, I blushed and frowned at him. "Put me down this instant or I'll push you into the sunlight." I demanded trying to sound threatening. "I'm not going to stay and watch you ruin your health Yuuri, and knowing you if I leave you at your house you'll just come back here." I felt my heart race. "So where the heck are you taking me?" I asked worriedly.

He grinned and made his way out of the restroom, I buried my face in his shoulder not wanting to be seen, Viktor sighed and pulled my hoodie over my head. "Better?" He asked, I responded with an annoyed huff still keeping my face hidden. "I'll make sure to wear a cross next time I come to school." I was never one to get upset or moody, but I wasn't having a good day today.

Allow me to sum up everything that has made my life miserable. First I was bitten by a freaking vampire, I got two holes on my neck and I bled on one of my favorite shirts, I had to go to a hospital which is the only place I hate, I burned my fingers trying to eat and then stubbed my toe after, I cried myself to sleep and now I just had a small panic attack in front of a hot vampire who is now carrying me.

Oh God kill me now.

Victor chuckled. "You're not upset with me are you?" He asked curiously. "Shut up." I whined. "I'm more upset with myself." I admitted. "Why?" I could hear the frown in his voice. "Because I'm stupid and clumsy and weak." I grunted. "That's not true Yuuri and you know it." He said in a matter-of-fact tone. "Why would you say that?" I asked curiously. "Yuuri, you knew what JJ was and you kept your cool. So why is it now that you were afraid?" He sounded curious and concerned.

I sighed. "I was caught off guard okay? And I'm not in the best shape or mood at the moment." I puffed out a short breath. "Well I guess I understand." Viktor shrugged, after that we were both quiet the rest of the way, I buried my face even closer against his shoulder trying to hide as much as my face as I could which resulted to me nearly suffocating myself. Viktor carefully opened the door open to the nurses office and was met with a startled gasp. "Is he alright?" the nurse asked with worry in her voice.

"He had a bit of a panic attack earlier, I'd like to take him home since he's not feeling well. He could barely stand on his own." He lied smoothly through his teeth, I bet he used that winning smile of his that melted the hearts of thousands. "Of course, I'll let your instructors know, please do be careful." She pleased. "Will do." Viktor said cheerfully before leaving, I had the urge to yell at her and say 'help I'm being kidnapped!' but I was too embarrassed to even lift my head, when we were outside I could feel the cool breeze and shivered. "Cold?" Viktor asked and set me back down when we were at the parking lot.

I frowned at him, it was then that I realized that everything that had just happened was just like what happened in twilight, Bella nearly fainted and Edward had to carry her to the nurse, and in the end Edward ended up taking her home. "How are you feeling? You're face is a bit red." He said and placed his hand against my flushed cheek. "I'm not sick, just embarrassed." I said and crossed my arms. "I get that you're not feeling well, but can you be less grumpy?" He smiled and walked toward his car. "I can walk home." I stated. "You're not going home." He looked over to me with a grin.

I suddenly felt sick to my stomach. "I knew it." I whispered. "You really are gonna kill me." I took a step back and he immediately looked shocked. "Why in the world would you say that!?" He asked. "Yuuri if I wanted to kill you I would've done it after you spilled milk on me." I flinched. "Well that's not terrifying." I said in a sarcastic tone. "I'm just saying that I would never want to kill or even harm you, Yuuri I said I'd be your bodyguard. I'm risking my life by protecting yours." He explained.

I was extremely shocked. "Why in the world would you want to keep me safe?" I asked, Viktor didn't have to save me, he could've Let JJ kill me, or he could've killed me himself which he mentioned. So did he keep me alive? Why is he trying to protect me?

He was in front of me in a blink of an eye. "Yuuri, it may he confusing right now but I promise you I won't harm you. I can't explain everything all at once because you'll just go into shock and it can harm your mental state." He looked so sad and I couldn't help but to feel guilty. "Now will you please go with me? I'm not going to kill you, I'm going to take you home with me." I blushed after he said that. "Why are you looking at me like that? You're not having lewd thoughts are you?" He playfully pouted.

I turned my head away.  "No way!" I exclaimed, Viktor laughed, it sounded so beautiful and heartwarming it literally made my heart swell. "Alright, well we should get going." He said and hurried back to his car opening the passenger side door for me. "Katsuki." He gestured for me to enter, I rolled my eyes and hesitantly climbed in breathing in the scent of expensive perfume, Viktor closed my door and hurried over to the drivers side. "Sorry for the smell, my sister goes a little overboard with her perfume." He explained as he closed his door and buckled himself in. "I'm sure Yurio won't mind driving with her." He said mostly to himself and snickered.

I looked out the window not wanting to start any kind of conversation, but Viktor thought otherwise and cleared his throat. "So Yuuri, this may seem like a dumb question but when you found out that JJ was a vampire why didn't you tell anyone?" He asked curiously, I glanced at him and frowned. "That was a seriously stupid question." I said. "I know, but I want to know what was going through your mind I mean weren't you afraid?" I thought for a while before answering.

"I was more shocked than afraid, I was shaky but other than that I played along with his little threats and what not. I was actually quite annoyed with them, and I was already used to his comments so it really didn't bother me." I shrugged as I explained to him. He had started the car as soon as I began talking and now we had stopped at a red light. "How did you feel when he..." Viktor trailed off and rested his gaze upon my neck. "Oh, yeah I was actually pretty scared, but when I came to the conclusion that I was going to die I just sorta stopped struggling. I mean he was stronger than me so there really was no use for me to fight back." I frowned.

The car started moving again and a long moment of silence dragged on until Viktor broke it. "You can't give up that easily Yuuri." His voice wavered. "I know it may seem impossible but you have to keep fighting back no matter what, you have strength and you have bravery two things that keep you alive." I turned my head to fully look at him. "I will not let you die, nor will I let you give up on yourself. And if anything seems too difficult for you know that I will be there to help." His hands were gripping tightly onto the steering wheel I was sure he was going to break it.

I nodded anyways. "Okay," I whispered and dropped my gaze to my hands. "Will that make you feel better?" I asked, he took a breath, did he really need to breathe or was it just something that helped him calm down? "It would absolutely make me feel better." He said. "Then I'll try to accomplish what you want. I'm clumsy and weak so I can't always avoid the dangers of the world." I started. "Just as long as you try, long enough for me to arrive." He replied.

I nodded, and for the rest of the ride we were both silent none of us started a conversation, the car came to a full stop and parked in front of a two story house my mouth flew open and my eyes grew wide. "Please tell me we're at some friends house or something." I faced him, he smiled. "Welcome to my home." He said and turned the car off. I hesitantly climbed out of the car still feeling a little shaky and unstable. "There's no way you live here." I mumbled. "I do, my parents are away for the time being so it's only me and my siblings." He walked up to the huge house, the yard was bright and beautiful and the house was painted a pure white, I felt out of place.

Viktor stopped at the door. "You looked surprised, is it not what you expected?" He asked curiously. "Well I was expecting a graveyard and some bats with some dark luminous clouds in the background, but this takes the cake." I looked around, the woods weren't that far. "I have a lot of questions to ask you." I told Viktor who was unlocking the door. "And I have a lot to tell." He responded.

He opened the door. "Well, you may enter." He said, I looked at him holding his gaze reassuring myself that he meant no harm and took quick breath. When I was finally calm I reluctantly entered his house, he followed after me and closed the door behind him. "So, where do I start?" I huffed and turned around to face him only to see that he was gone.

"....Rude." I muttered and turned back around and suddenly I was pinned down by a sudden weight.
