When the movie finished, everyone clapped. Some gave a standing ovation. We rose then left the movie theater to go grab Strudel. 

I hopped into the passenger seat and we drove of into the sunset... JUST KIDDING! We drove to the gas station because the car was almost empty.

When Phillip was getting the gas he said to me, "What do you want to do now?" I shrugged my shoulders. He suggested going to Cold stone Creamery, an amazing ice cream shop just around the corner. We parked the car as close as we could get, but there is a pathway to Cold stone Creamery and  a fountain outside. Some people actually drive on the side-walk, but come on. It's called a side-WALK!

The fountain water splashed down in a soft patter. There was a band playing by the fountain. We listened for a while. Phillip put his arm around my shoulder. We swayed for a little longer. Then I broke away to put some money in the guitar case.

We eventually got to Cold stone Creamery. I ordered mint ice cream with kit-kats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips mixed in. Phillip ordered Moose Tracks in a waffle cone. The total cost was about $8. I insisted that I pay for at least my half. Phillip only let me buy my ice cream's cost after a while of asking. We payed and ate the ice cream outside at the fountain. I sat down on the brick edge of the fountain and felt the fountain water hit my back. Most nights I would feel the need to stand up for fear of getting wet, but tonight I just sat and let the sun drift below the horizon with the water splashing my back with Phillip sitting beside me, his warmth seeping through my body.

This was perfect.

Then the ground started to rumble.
