I watched as Jax, Clay, and the two women walked upstairs when I saw Opie heading towards the Camaro. "Riley, Paddy's showing us the rooms you wanna see where you and Chibs are staying?" Juice asked, and I nodded, following him and Bobby into the clubhouse and through the huge space, which was almost as big as ours. In the back were a number of doors, and Bobby stopped at the middle door, opened it, and waited for me. I looked behind me and saw Opie packed with Bags. He moved two of the bags towards me, and I saw both Chibs and my duffel bags held by him. "I could have gotten them myself," I grumbled, reaching for my bag, but Opie pulled both of them away. "Bear?" I grumbled, slightly tilting my head to the side. "Stubby," he replied with a sweet smile. "Give me the bags," I growled between my teeth. "I'm just pregnant, not sick," I added. I reached my hand back over to where Opie was standing. "Give me my fucking bag, you oversized shithead," I grumbled just as more voices came from behind me and Chibs walked in with Happy next to him. "Guys, come on, stop fighting. Chibs, Riley, you guys are in the middle room; Juice your at the front, and I'm gonna be in the back with Happy, and Opie your in the room next to Gemma and Clay." Bobby said, and everybody nodded. "Have fun, Bear," I told Opie with a big slap on the shoulder before walking past Bobby into the room Chibs and I were gonna use. The room was simple but comfortable enough: a bed, a small dresser, a couple of chairs, and enough space to leave our things. I stepped inside and looked around. "Oh." I let out softly, turning around. I felt myself smiling, stopping and turning at the door in front of me. "I like it," I said softly. Opie dropped the bags beside the bed with a heavy thud. "Thanks, Bear," I said, smiling, and Bear nodded before walking back out of the room while Chbs and I stayed back, and I fell with my butt on one side of the bed when Juice leaned against the doorframe. "So, are you going to unpack?" he asked, nodding to the bags on the floor. I looked over at the bags and then back to Juice, then back to the bags. "No." I simply replied. Juice laughed. "Thought so," he replied before I grinned. "I'm kidding," I said with a scoff. I grabbed the smaller bag and placed it on the bed next to me before getting up and putting the stuff into the drawer. I hadn't realized that Chibs had left again, and just as I finished putting the stuff away, the door opened, and Chibs walked in. "Ah, there you are. I put your stuff on the left side." I said, pointing to the left side of the drawers. I sat back down on the bed but quickly flopped down on my back, feeling the exhaustion hitting. The journey. The checkpoint. Getting thrown onto the pavement. Driving the Camaro. And then the sheer amount of people I'd had to deal with since arriving. It had all finally caught up with her. I felt somebody softly tugging me into bed. "I'll just close my eyes for a minute," I mumbled, and I could hear the chuckle from Chibs. "That's what you said last time," Chibs grumbled. "I'm tired," I grumbled, slightly flipping him off. "Sleep, lass." I heard him whisper, and something kissed my temple before I dozed off. When I woke up, I heard the music through the walls, and voices carried down the hallway. I grabbed my jacket before leaving the room and walking into the barroom, where a few were sitting around, and I walked out of the clubhouse, where I saw even more people sitting and standing in either little groups or in pairs. Members of the Irish chapter were drinking, talking, laughing, and generally making enough noise to make me feel like I'd accidentally walked into the middle of a family reunion. She smiled faintly. But instead of joining the crowd, she found a quieter spot toward the side of the yard and sat on a bench when one of the men walked past. "Ye want a beer?" he asked, trying to pass me the cup he had in his hand. I slightly shook my head. "Water would be nice," I replied, and he nodded, walking to the other side of the yard to say something to one of the girls. He returned with two bottles of water, which I took, and thanked him when I saw Juice walk into the clubhouse with one of the girls. "Get her, Tiger." I laughed, and Juice just rolled his eyes. She wasn't upset. She just wasn't in the mood to be the center of attention. Not tonight. Not after everything that had happened. Every so often, someone she knew passed by. Juice gave her a quick wave as he returned back out. Bobby caught her eye and nodded. Riley smiled back. Then she settled into her corner again. She watched Clay talking with Keith. Jax was somewhere in the crowd. Opie was talking to one of the Irish members. Something nudged my shoulder, and when I turned my head, I saw Paddy with one of the other Irish boys I'd briefly seen at the jeep. "This is Luther." Paddy introduced me to the man who softly took my hand and shook it. "Hi, I'm Riley." I said quietly. "Nice to meet ye, Riley," he said with a light smile. "Likewise." I said, returning the smile. Paddy looked at Riley. "So. How are ye enjoying Ireland?" he asked, and I thought about it. "Honestly?" I asked, and Paddy nodded. "Aye," he said. "I got arrested without actually getting arrested, got thrown onto the ground, watched my husband get dragged away, and had to run after the car to get my husband out of his handcuffs." I told him.
