I smirked as the girl stared at me, dumbfounded. She knew my name, everyone did, but I didn't know hers. I have never seen this small girl with a flower crown in my whole life, but she grew up learning about my family. "So, my name as you already know, is Stevie, but I don't know your name." I said. "Oh, u-uh, my n-name is Piper." She stuttered quietly. "Cool name." I told her. I sighed, people never acted normal around me and I hated it. "Do y-you want something t-to eat?" Piper asked me. "Sure, what do you have?" I replied. "I, I think I have some trail mix." She told me, walking back to the bench. She went through her bag and pulled out two bags of trail mix and handed one to me. "Thanks!" I said.

"So why are you out so late?" I asked Piper.

"My brother has friends over."

"Why'd you leave?"
"They aren't very nice to me."

"Oh."

"Why are you out so late?"
"I snuck out."
"Yeah, but why?"

"Being a princess is not fun at all."

"Why not?"
"Someone is always on your back about something and I really just want to watch YouTube and Netflix, but I just had to be born into the royal family so instead I read emails all day from nine year old girls who can't spell and creepy boys."

Piper laughed quietly and picked up her phone. "I-I have to go home. My mum is w-wondering where I am." She said. "Oh, see yah." I said. I was actually kind of sad. I was close to making a friend. And then she had to leave. I stood up and followed her. "Hey wait!" I said loudly. She stopped. "W-what?" "Meet me here tomorrow at the same time?" I asked. "Uh, sure." She said. "What's your phone number also?" I asked. I felt annoying. Not the first time. "Give me your phone I'll put it in." she told me. I handed her my phone and she entered her number into it. "S-see yah." She told me, and walked off.

I put my hood back up and walked back to my "house". It's more of a mansion or a castle actually. I have a secret way of getting in and out of my home without being spotted by the guards. I loved sneaking out mostly because I get to see my best friend/personal guard who lets me sneak out without telling anyone. I found Ben, he was the only guard at my spot. I gave him the signal so he knew it was me and he stepped aside to let me in. I crawled in, ending up in the kitchen. I quietly made my way to my room. I spent a lot of time in my room. I did all of my tutoring/schoolwork there, which was more secretly watching YouTube than studying.

I put on my pajamas and took off my flower crown, setting it on my dresser. I crawled into my bed and grabbed my phone. The girl I met in the garden, Piper, hadn't texted me yet. I scrolled through tumblr, I had an account that no one knew it was me where I basically stalked tons of Phan accounts and Harry Potter stuff. I stared at my ceiling wondering if Piper would actually meet me the next day or not, I didn't have a lot of experiences with friends. I hoped she would. 

WILL PIPER GO BACK TO THE GARDEN?!??!?!?!??!?!!!!11 What will happen.
