Hey guys, so excited for this fic, I've been working on it for ages because I didn't want to publish anything until I'd finished the series, even though most of this fic is original plotlines. I actually only read this series because years ago someone requested a michael townsend fic and i was like who tf is michael, but I'm so glad I did, JLB is a genius.

As always, the wonderful Jennifer Lynn Barnes is responsible for most of this masterpiece, the only characters I own are the Kennedy's and all plotlines attached to them. So other than that, all credits go to her.

MODIFICATIONS — 

I tried to keep this fic true to the original material, but there are a few changes I chose to make that I felt would amplify the story. This fic is set in 2024-2026 instead of 2013-2015(?), simply because it's easier for me to do the maths of when everyone was born and stuff (Gabi is a 2008 girl like me) and so I had more awareness of what was around and style (Gabi will not be wearing a galaxy sequinned crop top unfortunately)

Additionally, I've modified things in Michael's story so his home life can actually be adressed instead of just blatantly ignored. I've also made Lia a little different. One thing I didn't like in the original series was that she was the cool badass one and therefore she had to be mean and cruel, which is a narrative I don't really care for. So in this fic she'll be cool and sharp and sometimes cutting but not mean.
