WHAT YOU NEED:

Open the add on in PicsArt and add your png. Then tap the arrow, more, and Photoshop Express (it's an app that is available on the Apple and Play Store).

Select a filter that you like and adjust the photo how you like it! Once you're done, save the photo and add your font!
