RULES

1) Fill out the form as detailed as possible so I know exactly what you want. If it isn't detailed enough, I may deny you because I won't have enough information. 

2) BE PATIENT AND POLITE. Please do not PM me and rush me, or your request will simply be deleted. Usually, the cover will be finished within 4/5 days, depending on if I'm busy or not. Also, I try and make the cover as close as to what you desire, so that may take some time. 

3) Wait until you have been accepted/denied to complete payment. 

4) The book HAS to be posted (even if it only has one chapter). I don't want to make a graphic and then you decide you're actually not going to post the book; it's a waste of my time. 

5) I have the right to deny you if you do not follow the rules, or if there isn't enough information on the form. 

6) I am accepting any genre requests, although I prefer Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror. 

7) Please give me your full name, not your username. Your full name looks much better on the cover than your Wattpad username. 

8) So I know you read the rules, state which is your favorite TV series in the form. If you don't include this, then I will assume you didn't read the rules.
