"And that's it. Kinda why I'm not a big fan of abandonment..." Dewy trailed off.

    She told her new friend her past. She wasn't sure, but she felt she could trust FP even though they just met. Maybe it's because of that shock she had. Literally, and she had an immunity to electric!

    FP nodded in understanding. "That's horrible..."

    Dewy has been abandoned by her mother who dumped at an orphanage when she was two. Her mother did this because she didn't want a hybrid daughter with crazy powers. For seven years she has dealt with bullies and depression. Finally she was adopted by a depressed man whose wife has recently passed away and he didn't want to be lonely. She was good, very good, and fulfilled her part of being the perfect daughter, and he was good to her. But she will never replace his wife.

    He has been cutting,and it has gotten worse. After four years, he hung himself in the bathroom.

    Child services came for her, but with her gift of speed she ran into the forest far away from where she once lived. She stole and raided any house or building she came across. It was how she survived. But then she got lost in the forest and her bag broke and she lost everything in it.

    "But luckily I still have my spiked flail!" She said as she pulled it out.

    FP laughed. "Very mid-evil. Just don't break anything with it."

    Dewy only shrugged her shoulders. "Can't promise anything!" FP groaned and face palmed.

    "Say, what's for the bandage?" FP asked curiously.

Dewy looked at the bandage that was rapped on her leg. "Old wound."

"Hey! Anyone up there? Hello!"

    Both of them looked out the window to see a dove and cat hybrid along with a human.

    The human was trying get their attention. "Should I come out?" FP asked.

    "Yup! I'll with ya all the way!" Dewy exclaimed.

    They jumped down. The three states at them as silence followed.

    Dewy leaned into FP's loud enough for the other three to hear. "Are we gonna say our names or just stand here staring at each other? 'Cause this is awkward."

    Galaxy cleared her throat. "I'm Galaxy Orbit, she's Savannah Gold, and that's Pixie Lite. Who are you?"

    "I'm Dewy Byrd!" She said excitedly.

    "FP Muerte Demonio." She stated.

    "What are you doing in the woods?" Dewy asked curiously.

    Pixie looked sheepish. "We kinda got lost."

    "This forest makes a lot of people lost doesn't it?" Dewy asked in a matter of factly.

    FP only shrugged.

    Pixie turned her head behind her to say that she wasn't human. They both jumped. "Wow! That looks cool!" Said Dewy.

    Pixie smiled. "Thanks!"

    They all say in a comfortable silence. Then they felt a small shock go through them and jumped in surprise. They all felt their chest, like something was missing.

"That feeling again! What is causing this?" FP asked herself.

"I'm not supposed to be affected by electricity! What happened to that?" Dewy stated.

"The heck was that?" Galaxy asked in confusion.

"This is weird..." Savannah said warily.

In the distance, weird glows of light starred to shine. They were all different colors.

They all stared at them for a second before Savannah asked, "Should we go see what they are?"

FP looked at them with worry. "Can you guys protect yourselves? Me and Dewy have weapons and powers."

The three smiled. Savannah's fingernails suddenly extended into yellow talons. Dewy smiled and flashed her own black talons that replaced her fingernails. "I have a feeling that we will be great friends. We can shred with our talons together!"

    Savannah laughed. "I can also try to make peace with them if I can."

Pixie closed her eyes and a light blue transparent sword formed in her hand. She smirked. "I am excellent with the sword and I can also create a force field if I wanted to."

    Galaxy closed her eyes and concentrated. She started to shape shift into a panther. "If we have to, we know how to protect ourselves."

FP nodded mildly impressed. "Well, let's go."

They walked towards the lights with caution. When they got to the source, all they saw were medium tear shaped clear jewels. They were all different colors. The gems were in a flower formation, but one seemed to be missing.

Each one seemed to be calling to one individual. They wandered to them with an awestruck expression. Galaxy shifted back into her human form. They were necklaces.

FP picked up a blue one, and put it on. Pixie followed and put on a light pink necklace. Savannah did it with a golden colored gem. Dewy put the first green one on, and Galaxy put on the dark maroon necklace. There was still one left.

    Galaxy looked around. "Who's this one for?"

    Dewy flapped her wings excitedly. "Ooooo! One more friend!"

    FP sat down. "I guess we wait." Savannah and Dewy followed her example.

    Galaxy's ears twitched. "Well we won't have to wait long."
