Life was good. Killian and Emma were officially a couple, Regina and Robin returned from their holiday, Henry had gotten used to his mum and his teacher being together, it was still a bit weird but not as bad. Today school had broke up for the 6 weeks holiday so they decided to have a small get together at Granny's. Everyone wes going to be there, Regina, Robin, Emma, Henry, Killian, Mr Gold, Belle, Peter, Will, Zelina, David, Mary-Margret, Granny and Ruby all arrived and the party began. It was so much fun, they laughed and joked.

When it was 7 O clock, Henry went outside to get a breath of fresh air, he was so happy and so was his mum. It was all he ever wanted. But sadly, even he knew that everything good had to come to an end. He looked up to see a car pull up, a man got out, the man he feard more than anyone. "Hello Henry, miss me?" Neal spoke "no...no!?" the teen ran inside as quick as he could and to his mum. "Mum" she didn't hear him, listening to Killian and Will "mum" she still didn't hear him "MUM!" everyone heard him and went quiet. "Henry? What's wrong sweetie?" Emma asked "we need to go, now" everyone was confused now "why?? Henry, you're starting to scare me" the woman said, Henry had tears in his eyes and fear was painted on his face "Henry lad, what's going on?" Killian asked, concerned for the boy "mum please, we need to go home now!". A voice spoke "the boy's right, we do need to go home now" Emma and Henry's eyes widened and they froze, slowly turning to the door, they all looked to see a man only the mother and son knew. "Hello Emma, hello Henry" Neal said, Emma couldn't believe it "N...Neal....how did you find us?". They were all so confused "you're not that hard to find Emma, you really thought I wouldn't find my girl and son? Think again dear" he began to make his way over to them "Swan?? Who is he??" Killian asked, Regina then spoke "wait...'my girl and son'..." she gasped "Emma is he??" the woman nodded. Only Regina and Robin understood what was happening "come along, it's time to go home" he grabbed Henrys wrist and Emma's hand but they pulled back "we're not going anywhere with you!" Henry yelled, Emma was unable to speak due to fear. "You'll do as your father says boy!!" Neal snapped, making him flinch back "you're not my dad". Neal was now fuming, he clearly had a drink before coming here "I am your father and you'll listen to me!" he grabbed Henry violently earning a "ahh!!" and dragged him out of the building "Henry! No!" Emma yelled, running after them, everyone behind her.

"Get off of me!!" Henry yelled, doing all he could to get out of the mans painful grip "Neal!! Let go of my son!" Emma screamed, her ex snapped "he's our son!! I'll do what I like with him!!". Henry managed to hit the crazy man, making him let go for a second, he ran but Neal gripped his hair, it was very painful "ahhh!!!" the teen screamed in pain, tears in his eyes that he refused to let fall "stop it Neal!! You're hurting him!!" Emma yelled in tears "he deserves all he got and gets!!". Neal showed what he was like by begining to hit Henry "ahh!!" the poor boy yelled and screamed in pain. No one could believe what they were seeing, Killian, Will, Robin and David stepped forward to try to help the boy but Neal grabbed him by the throat "take another step and I snap his neck!" he threatened. All eyes widened, no one moved "no! Please Neal, don't hurt him! Please just let him go!" Emma begged crying "only if you and Henry come back home with me" they were all silent. "N..no mum...don't...don't do it" Henry said, he was so weak but he some how spoke "shut it brat! It's now or never Emma, what's it gonna be?" Neal asked, tightening his grip on the boy. "Swan" Killian spoke, grabbing her hand "who is he?" he asked, Emma couldn't speak so Regina did "everyone...meet Neal, Henry's biological father and Emma's ex" she paused as tears came to her eyes in anger "he used to control Emma and...and abuse and neglect Henry for years, he's the reason Emma and Henry came to Storybrooke...so they could get away from him!" Robin hugged her. Gasps were heard "Emma is this true?" Mary-Margrey asked, earning a slow nod "y...yes" Emma sobbed "Neal please...let my baby boy go" the man smirked "no". He began to strange the boy "m...mum" he gasped "no!! Henry!! Stop it!! You're hurting him!!" Emma yelled, feeling useless. Peter was in his mother's arms, crying in fear and worry for his best friend, his dad rubbing his back. "Mate, you don't want to do this" Killian said, taking a step forward "shut it!! And don't mate me!! You don't know what i want!!" Neal yelled, tightening his grip on Henry who was struggling to breath "what has he ever done to you?!" Killian asked, taking another step "nothing, he's just a pathetic boy that doesn't even deserves death!!". They were all so worried right now, Henry was turning blue from the lack of oxygen!! He couldn't breath!!

Finally, Killian gave David and Robin a look that told them what to do, they ran at the man and punched him, Killian grabbed the boy and pulled him away towards Emma "Henry!!" she yelled, hugging her son who fell to the floor, eyes closed.

Robin, David and now Will were trying to restrain Neal, the Sheriff put handcuffs on him once he was knocked out. They all looked to Emma, Killian and the injured boy "Henry?!...Henry!!" the woman screamed "he's not breathing!!". So eyes widened.
