"Sit." Jerome said making me sit in the uncomfortable hospital chairs. I have been pacing around since Ashley got here 1hour and a half ago.

"She's in good hands Mitch. She'll be alright." He assured me.

"That stupid bastard." I say punching the wall. People started staring at us.

"Calm down biggums people are starting to stare."

"I don't care Jerome. All I care about right now is if we're ever gonna see Ashley again." I started to tear up.

"If I had just been with her. Jack couldn't have done anything to her."

"Jack? Her boyfriend? What has he to do with this?"

"Yesterday I fount out he's been abusing her. When I asked her what happend earlier the only thing she could say was his name." I say looking up at him. I saw his shocked face.

"He must have fount out about me and Ashley." I mumbled.

"Wait you and Ashley?"

"We might or might not have ... kissed."

"My benj is growing up." He said wiping away a fake tear. I playfully pushed him.

"Family or friends of Ashley Surcombe?" A doctor asked. I shot up and walked to him.

"How is she?"

"She's fine but she'll need to rest and she won't be able to lift heavy things or walk around too long for the first month."

"Can we see her?" Jerome asked. Taking the words from my mounth.

"Yes you can she's in room 390 A." After he told us me and Jerome rushed to her room, the others close behind.
