Dreams can expose much about someone and their mindset. Mine are always so odd, I wonder if it means that I'm bonkers. It's always been the same consitant dream, every single time. I wonder if it means something.

In it, I fly above a dark forest, my hair whipping around my face. However, I'm not me but my grandmother Hydra, dressed in royal wear. By my side is Nikki, a green skinned netherling the size of my middle finger, loyal and daring.

Ivory, Queen Whiteheart and Ruler of this sickeningly beautiful world, has order I be beheaded and my head be stuck in a jar of formaldehyde. I stolen the royal sword and am on the run, heading towards my manor so I can escape unscathed to my home in the human realm.

Ducking into the forest once I see an opening, I bob and weave between trees, my wings throbbing as they grow tired and weak, but my strong determination pushes me forward. My pink hair whips around my face as Nikki acts as a guide for my escape, flying ahead.

Something snags my waist, jerking me back and to a harsh stop. I try to escape and flap my wings harder, but to no avail. Vine pierce through my wings sending jolts of agony straight to my spine, stunning me as I hit the ground, landing in a kneeling position, my face in the dirt.

The army of white, soldiers made of ice, within an instant surround me and hold blades to my person. Ivory steps forward, glaring down at me with gorgeous yet dangerous baby blue hues. She smirks when I glare at her and tilts her chin up, motioning back towards her manor.

"I will have her head.."

And then I wake up in a cold sweat, heart beat in my ears and my body cold.. Very odd dream, yea?

My grandmother is human, from my understanding, but I never met her. Mum told me she was dead, but a body was never recovered.

Very odd indeed...

Glancing down at my phone, I softly scoff when I see my best friend, Lucas, had texted me. We're in a bit of a spout about me moving to Paris, so I could go to art school when I graduate from highschool. The argument was originally between me and father, but Lucas had to his big fat trap and now here we are.

I stand up from my computer desk, brushing my short blonde hair from my eyes. Walking over to my closet, I stand on my toes to grab my motorcycle helmet, cursing internally at my damned shortness.

A soft jingling sound catches my attention, and I turn my head to see what it was. My lips turn up into a small smirk at the sight of my little darling pixie, named Nicole, at my opened bedroom window. She might be another sign of showing that I'm crazy, seeing as how she's seven inches tall and green. A netherfairy, she calls herself, beautiful and loyal to those who do right by her.

"My Lady? Are going out?" She asks, staring at and motioning to my helmet. I give a short nod and walk out my room, the little fairy following close behind. Jumping down the last few steps of my huge marble staircase, I glance at my two identical sisters, Lilac and Rose, who were arguing about nonsense as usual. I shake my head, sighing in annoyance before slipping on a pair of combat boots.

Nicole sits herself in the pocket of my jacket, looking up at me with bulbous blue eyes. I give her a tiny smile, turning my attention up to where I was walking. Turning to the garage, my lips curl into a pleased grin at the sight of my bike waiting for me.

I've always been a fan of the off road bikes, seeing as I live in a very off road kind of place. I grab onto my handles, swinging my leg over and straddling my bike. Bracing my feet against the ground on either side of my bike, I pull on my helmet then sit back down, starting up the motor.

"Where are we going?" Nicole yells over the motor, making me look at her. I chuckle and pick her up, placing her into my black shirt, feeling her grab onto the collar tightly, knowing how fast I like to go.

She said I shouldn't do such reckless and dangerous things, but me being the idiot I am, still do it. So I have fun torturing her every now and then when I go on my rides.

"You know exactly where we are going." I say, hearing her let out an annoyed groan. With a hearty laugh from me, we're on our way.
