Riley's POV:

   Alex has been acting strange. Every time I try to kiss him, he moves away and starts doing something else. He started wearing more and more bracelets. He never takes them off anymore... "Alex?" He ignores me. "Alex, I know you can hear me, please. Just talk to me. What's going on?"
   "I'm trying to sleep." He mumbles, pushing his face further into the pillow.
   "Alex... I'm worried..."
   "And I'm tired. It's two in the morning. Go to sleep already." he sounds angry. That's it. I've had it. I flip him over and straddle him. His eyes get wide, and he freezes.
   "Riley, what are you doing?" he squirms to try to get out from underneath me.
   "Getting you to talk to me. Now what's wrong?"
   "Get off"
   "Make me." I say teasingly and before I could even blink, he had me pinned under him.
   "I said, get off." he looks at me in the eyes. I can't help myself, I crash my lips against his. He reacts almost instantly, kissing me back.
   He stops and looks at me.
   "I can't... You don't know what I did... I can't do this to you..." he's about to leave, but I pull him back to me.
   "What are you talking about?"
   "Riley... I'm so stupid..." he starts crying and my heart drops to my stomach.
   "No you're not. Don't say that." I'm on the verge of tears. Nothing hurts me more than when someone else is hurting.
   "I'm so sorry..."
   "Alex, calm down. What happened?"
   "I... I did it again... And I broke my promise..."
