Help: My book is a shadowhunter fanfiction. But I work with chapters that are in the present and past. Castelyn was the fiancee of the main character, Maicel Inferno. You already know that their is going to happen something really bad to her, (die, forgotten, fate more worse than that) How can I make Castelyn, and the character interesting enough, so my readers don't skip These "past" chapters because I put a lot of work in them? Are Castelyn and the chapters interesting enough?
