Help: this girl seems like a Mary Sue.  She can't control her powers, but she is VERY VERY POWERFUL (that's what you get when you create a oc with Chaos magic) so it just seems like she is destroying everything in her path with her powers.  She has flaws but I still feel as if she is a Mary Sue.
