Background: Jasper's the sort of villain Batman would apprehend on his nights protecting Gotham. He steals money and betrays the people he steals money with. He's a tenant in this old lady's home and his next door roomer is a cop.

Help with: I need help with his backstory. I was thinking of not giving him one, but I think he's better with one. I don't want him to be a tragic little hero, but I do need a reason for why he decided to become a criminal, knowing that he could use his abilities for good.
