It worked 60th time! I mean 40 of those were me unnecessarily flicking the lever after placing a few levers or changing their ticks.
I don't know how to show you it while its extending and detracting(I forgot if that was the right word to use) but it works really fast

Extending was the easy part but detracting without messing up the extending part was a bit more difficult. You can see in the photo it required loads of repeaters. That need to be times perfectly so the pistons detract and extend in the right order so it returns the stone block back to where it was. I would show you guys it works but I don't have a screen recorder (I tried getting one but it didn't work)
Also I know I could have made it more compact by putting repeater on bottom of the pistons instead of using observers. I did it because I wanted all the redstone stuff to show.
