OH MY FUCKING GOSH IT'S BEEN A FOREVER SINCE I'VE BEEN ON HERE.

okay. this may be a little long, so feel free to skip.

*breathes in*

hi? i'm back (kinda) and here to explain why i've dropped off the face of the earth for about two years. and also here to apologize profusely to my friends and all the people reading my stories and wondering why i haven't updated since the world was semi-normal (2016) 

so basically, if you didn't know, i've struggled with depression for several years. mid-december, it took a turn for the worst after a bunch of shit went down in my life, and i found myself jumping into oncoming traffic.

yes.

i tried to commit suicide.

i had to be hospitalized with numerous broken bones, several fractured ribs, and more importantly, my entire right foot was destroyed.

unfortunately for me, that meant i had to be sent off to a rehab camp to deal with my mental illness and also to learn how to function again (because i lost my foot and the usage of two of my fingers, and i still suffer from weird spasms in my arm because of my nerves being screwed up.)

when i got back in april 2016, my family informed me that they were disowning me. they packed my stuff for me, gave me a chance to say my goodbyes, and then booted me out of the house. i'm currently living with my aunt, so life's not that bad, and she's been really kind to me (although i have to take part time jobs to cover my personal expenses)

on a happier note, i've been working as an intern at a law firm my aunt owns, [because i was going to study law in college but guess who's not going? me] and i've gotten to work as an attorney on a few cases! 

so yes, i was (and still am) over swamped by work and therapy, but finally! 

i'm back! 

and here to stay!

i would like to formally announce that i will be continuing all of my fics (as often as i can anyways) and will try updating at least once or twice a month!
