The fire attack in our school became the sensational news of the month and rapidly broke out like a wildfire in the news.

The investigating officers disclosed the news that two girls and one boy were identified and caught, they were Stacey and Lacey from the senior girls along with Den. They confessed the fire by saying it was just a warning to scare the principal. I was furious when I heard their lame comment; they didn't have to burn down the building. But, they even added to their statement that they are not sure how the fire spread. As if it was rocket science to know that fire will spread especially if they started the fire around the old stock in the library.

So, when the security camera poured in the details, it came into clear view that two girls and a boy ran out first with two boys behind. Plus Stacey said that this fire was planned out by the three of them, only to burn a secure place in the library where the old papers were stacked. They didn't know the others. Plus they strongly said that they had poured water around the place to not get this spread out and also, that they took a few stack and moved it meters away from the rest. There was no way the fire would have spread that way. Because there was neither draft nor ventilation for a breeze and the place is actually congested.

I was beyond confused as to why they should do such a stupid secure thing in the first place. And that too to attract principal's attention, 'yeah, like we are that stupid.' Boiling with rage and doubts, they were taken away, filed a case, held in custody for arson.

'Now, they will know what it is to play with fire.' The school was trying to finish the maintenance in two weeks but it seems like the damage was too much to handle.

I was sitting in the park with Annie and Tina on the second day of our fire vacation; enjoying their silly gossips, afternoon sun, and a delicious sundae. The rest joined at shortly and we were a lively gang. I had a nice time chatting and eating with friends rather than slouching in my bean bag reading stories and articles.

My mind went back to the fire incident which introduced my brother to a wonderful person. Fabio and Celine hit off instantly after the incident and was having a nice time dating. Jack and Janice settled their dispute and were happy to be together once again. Fabio and Jack patched their friendship and they started to have double dates with their partners and it was nice to see them happily settled. Whereas I was in the middle of a huge dilemma; should I accept Alex or not!

I was pulled out from my reverie when I heard excited squealing and looked around to look what perked their attention. My body flushed with something unknown seeing his awesome smile. Amelia cooed an Annie awed while Miley sighed loudly. But I was confused and didn't want to do anything right now with him.

"Alex, what do you want?"

"Oh, my...that was a little rude, don't you think? Fabio and I agreed with something and you have no choice to back out."

"And, if that concerns me; I have the sole right to decide."

"Fabio and Jack are going for a double date..."

"It's not new, is it?"

"Let I finish, and so, Fabio asked me to take care of you and so..."

"So....nothing, that's final Alex."

"No, since, you will not come for a date; I am taking you for a ride."

"Of course a friend's outing, right Alex? So, I am welcoming all of you dear's." Amelia, Miley, Cory, and Ann, looked at me with a confused face and I smiled at them cheerfully. But, it was wiped away by an arrogant Alex.

"Sorry babe, but, my baby can only afford you and seeing that you have quite a big company, you will have to come alone. If you choose otherwise I will call him."

"Go ahead, call him..."

"Well, in that case, I have to remind you that, if I call him notifying the current situation... he will come back from the date and ground you. You can afford being grounded, but can you and do you want to take him from his date?"

"Ah, you are ruthless."

"You have one hour before we leave and make sure you pack for four days?"

"Four days...You have one hour max..."

"Nope, that will not happen. Pack for four days, otherwise be prepared to be in the same dress and mind you, I would love to offer you my shirts but alas, you won't fit into any of them."

My friends chuckled at that and I looked around horrendously. I didn't want to go with a man whom I barely knew and just as my anxiety hit me, Fabio messaged me.

'He is a good guy, enjoy some time with him. I know how to track him if he does something funny with you. You trust me, right?' a smile swept through me and said, 'Yeah, I trust you and so if anything happens to me, you will not be happy for the rest of your life, I will make sure of that.'

I walked out from my friends who had a big grin on their face to which I scowled. The ride to the house was filled with anxiety and to my pack, my bag for an adventure seemed so foreign. Unfortunately, it was a man who I believe has fallen for me and me, on the other hand, have mixed emotions with. Urgh, why does everything with me have to be so constipated?

"So, where are we going?" I buckled my seatbelt and looked out.

"You will see... you love adventure don't you?"

"I do, but, can you handle me... I mean, I may be good at jogging but I am not so good with stamina and I can't..."

"Relax; I have planned this to be easy on you. Besides, I don't want to work your fat away and make you look sexy. I want this fat you."

"Yeah, right" I couldn't help but feel irritated and amused at his comment. This was going to be a long ride.

He had food, fuel, and water all readied up, but, even then he insisted me to buy something and so, I bought bags of snickers, chocolates, chips, and croissants for our journey. One thing if I ever fear is 'running out of food' and I can't afford that. I had all calorie building stuff with me and Alex smiled at the childishness of it. So, before we continue, he stopped at a nearby grocery and asked me to buy what I feel like and this is what I bought. "Going to hold a party?" was a stupid comment I got from an Asian looking cashier. I smiled at him and said, yes. His eyes lit up and showed me some beer cans and I told them, this was a child only party.

"All set?" he asked me while looking at the stuff I bought and laughed at me.

"What? You don't want us to get stuck wherever you are planning to and run out of food, do you?" with that he snapped at me, looking horrified and assured me, it won't happen. This was a long journey and he asked me to settle in. He gave me some water to drink and within half an hour, I dozed off drinking in the sprinting trees that were trying so hard to grasp me.

By the time I woke up it was seven in the evening and it was cold. Let me tell you so, so cold; like freezing my ass cold. I once again slapped myself for how poorly I have clothed for such a journey. Which reminded me; I never inquired anything about this journey. As it was so dark outside, I was not able to see anything thus, in turn, confused me. I don't know where he was taking me and where we reached. 

It was then my mind settled on something that was scary; we might be in the middle of nowhere and my head jerked to the driver's seat. Alex was not there. I could feel my blood bursting. Panic hit me like a wrecking ball. I tried to get out, but the locks were down and I was stuck inside this vehicle. Millions of questions swarmed through me and I was slapping myself for believing a complete stranger. Alex was just a student in my class. I don't who he is. Ooh, I will kill Fabian for this. I declared and waited for him to come.

Saying that I tucked my hands into the dashboard but there was nothing in there; no chocolates, no croissants, nothing. There was just a bottle of water and I felt my eyes tear up. Lousily, I drank water from the bottle and within seconds, I felt sleep pulling me and I dozed off cursing my big old brother.

Dancing flowers and floating leaves;

This was what I saw in my dreams.

Wow, those couplets sound nice. I was snoring through thick silence. I turned when I saw the driver seat door opening up and in came Alex with a machete and smiled wickedly at me. My neck felt sore and heart constricted. In between this numbness, the flowers, and leaves trying to console me; what the heck... someone was trying to kill me and they are consoling me. I felt my body slithering in and out of consciousness and nausea hit me like a thunderbolt. Suddenly, the flowers wilted burning away leaving behind a sick feeling. As the tiny pieces of the puzzle started filling in I screamed to which the smug smile vanished from his face and he raised the machete and slashed me while his silhouette splintered into millions of dust particles.

Gasping for air, I broke out a scream and frantically looked around to see what was happening. Alex was staring at me alarmingly and in his hands were a machete and a rabbit. Sunlight streamed in and tickled my eyes. The pain in my neck and shoulders were real as I slept in such an awkward position. I felt my senses kicking in and glared at Alex for what, I don't know.

"Why were you screaming?"

"To hell with you, where have you brought me? What have you done to that poor rabbit? Where did you go leaving me behind? What is wrong with you? I want to go home, NOW!" by this time, I was heaving and short of breath which concerned Alex. He extended the machete and rabbit to someone and got into the car.

"One at a time, will you?" I could see concern oozing from him while he tried to calm me down. I sat there with my hands crossed and I saw his eyes flicker for a second to my upper torso and I removed my hands with a sigh. "I am sorry that I had to lock you and go yesterday for some time, and when I came back you were sleeping again. So, I thought I shouldn't bother you. This is Brono here, and he is my friend. We are deep in the country lane where we will be staying. We will be with him for a few days. Don't worry; I am not going to strangle you."

"Where are the chocolates?"

"What?"

"I was hungry and looked for them, but I didn't find any. I panicked; you could have at least left a note. The night sky scared the living breath out of me and I had to drink only just water and I slept again for hours. My neck is sore, this part of my body is killing me and I am very numb, thanks to you."

"Sorry, now come on, I want to show you my homies."

"This better be good."

"Oh, trust me, you will have fun."

He walked with me to a place where there was a building which looked shabby and worn out. It was well hidden in the middle of God knows where and I was really scared because of the eerie silence and the car is far away now. The chocolates and food were packed into my backpack by Alex and so, I picked it up and walked with him munching on a Snickers bar. I was grateful for what he did and by the time I reached the green door which leads us into the warehouse, I was out of breath.

"You need to run and catch up a little chika."

"Just open the damn door, you!"

"Oooh, your girl's hot from the sun."

"What's it with you? I am nobody's girl; Alex... we have to go."

"Four days, after that we will go as soon as we can okay?"

"What the... are you mad, I don't want to be here, I don't want to stay, take me back...I command you."

"Naw, you shouldn't have.... Look, chika he is hawt and you are naught! Chill pill and let's gear up... I am Natalie." A stunningly gorgeous girl in tight leather pants with a pink crop top and a black leather jacket walked out. Her books clicked around creating a soothing sound and her hair was down almost touching her elbows. I loved this girl, but I can't give in that easily.

"Whatever...what is this place?"

"So, a surprise huh, Gummy bear"

"Nat, I told you not to call me by that name...it drives me crazy!"

"Sorry, you look like a gummy bear to me."

"Whatever. Angela, so welcome to my world dear. We are one family from different mothers. We jointly created a biking gang called the Red Scars and this is my home. Jack is my real brother but he doesn't belong here."

"What?" I was knocked out to Mars.

"I have told you the biggest secret of my life and I hope you will keep it."

"Otherwise you are maggot's food, lover."

"Natalie..."

"What? She is so cute and vulnerable, I want to taunt her."

I was dumbstruck and felt out of place. I started Alex for a moment and I felt like kissing him real hard. He just told me the biggest secret of his life and I was still angry at him; for showing me his world. Wow, he is a keeper.

I looked around, taking in the place as I can see it. There was a total of five guys excluding Alex and four girls including Natalie. I was stunned to see several kinds of bikes and its accessories adorning the place and everything just dazed me. The most attractive of them all was a pink and red fashioned bike with pretty fire and smoke rings painted on it, it felt special and I absent-mindedly walked towards it and rubbed my finger on the plush pink leather and sturdy rubber tire which was placed on the seat.

"You like her?"

I turned to see Natalie proudly asking her and I smiled my response and she beamed.

"She was a gift from my father who was killed by the rival team; they are Blue Birds. If by any chance you get to see someone with a tattoo of a pink heart crushed by a blue dagger come to you, run away from them. They are never good company. I am the leader of this pack. Mother's brother is the leader of the Blue pack. There is so much to tell you and so much to do plus show you. I can't believe Alex picked you from all those divas in your school. You must be special."

It was my turn to stand there stunned as she poured me a little of her history and the fact which made me think over and over again about my relationship with Alex. I must be special if these people treat me like a real girl rather than a fat bitch.

I turned around and saw Alex standing there looking at me with a beam in the face and I smiled at him, a real smile and I smiled at the others who eagerly waited for me to say something and then it pinched me... Alex wants me to be in this gang and he wants me to be a part of it. I didn't need to think twice; because, for me, trust is everything.

"I am in." The hollering cheers and applause felt like bliss to me and I saw Alex staring at me lovingly. I kissed him on the lips and he closed his eyes unable to believe what I just did.

"Alex..." he moaned his reply looking directly in my eyes and I said: "this time, I felt something somersaulting in my tummy and head."

Alex, Brono, Natalie and all others rolled down hollering and laughing; I just stood there watching them with heat rising through my neck and face.
