Where is Nico? Usually Nico would be right by my locker but he was nowhere to be found, but then again I was later than usual.

Ring. Ring. Ring.

"7:15!" I said out loud as I checked the time, the warning bell was always on time. Saying I turned around and hurried down the hall to class. When I got to class, I saw that Nico wasn't there. Then I noticed that Sean and Jeff were in their chairs either. Sean and Jeff bullied me and Nico for years, until I became strong enough to teach them a lesson. I was not very well trained but after a few punches, one finally hit Sean in the bridge of the nose and that apparently scared them, because they stopped picking on us. Maybe they were at it again though. For their sakes I hoped they aren't.

Right as I got it from my chair Nico came in and I sat down. Then Sean and Jeff came in along with new guy. Has Nico came closer I noticed that he looked panicked and pale. It looks like he had a fake handprint on his arm, as well as a red mark on his cheek I immediately stood up and stormed over to Nico.

"Name." I demanded.

"It's fine bailey. Leave it alone." Nico said almost pleadingly.

"If you don't tell me who, I'll have to kill eve-"

"Nice playing with you Nico!" Sean said in a sing song voice. I stormed forward but Nico grabbed my arm and pulled me back. Huffing, I turned around and returned to my seat.

"Good morning class, I'll be your new teacher, Mrs Decker unfortunately quit last night. So I will be your teacher for the next little bit." The sound of a dry erase marker popped open and started riding I looked up for the first time and saw that it was Braxton, The bouncer from last night! He was at my school! Crap. Hope my disguise was good this can't be happening!
As quietly as I could I slipped Nico a note of what was going on. He knew about what I did. He was at my house when I walked in covered with blood and cuts, my dad wanted to lie to him but I couldn't come and not to Nico.

"It looks like we have a transfer, why don't you come up and tell us a little bit about yourself." Nobody stood up.

"Oh come on don't be shy. I don't know who any of you are, so you're gonna have to stand up for me."Braxton said when no one stood up. Smirking I turned around and pointed to the new guy.

"Yeah, come on, don't be shy!" I said no it would agitate him. Nico smacked his head at my sarcasm while holding back a laugh. Glaring, the new guy walked up to the front. He still kept staring and glaring at me, I held his gaze the whole time, which only made him glare harder.

"Now what's your name and what's three things you want us to know about you?" Braxton asked.

"Name's Damon. Before you ask I hate the vampire diaries, and I hate people so leave me alone, and I hate school. You happy?" Before Braxton could answer, I shot my hand up in the air.

"Yeah-" he looked down at his cheat sheet,

"Yes Bailey." He said once he finally found it.

"Do you workout?" I asked while looking at Damon.

"Umm yeah," he said while smirking and flexing his arms.

"Okay gotcha. Just didn't think you did by looking at you, but figured I'd ask, since a lot of people do these days." I told him ever so innocently. His face turned red with anger, while everyone else in the classroom burst out laughing.

"Okay that's enough! Go sit down Damon thanks for sharing." Damon scoffed, then sat down.

"Okay, now let's get started. My name is Mr miles, now I'm not sure where you are in your geometry books but....

Ring. Ring. Ring.

Class dismissed. See you guys tomorrow. Braxton said is everyone got up and headed to their next class. Thankfully we only had Jeff in our next class. Jeff was the nice one of them, he has had a crush on me since forever which probably contributed to why he was nice to us. He just followed Sean around because he used to be a jerk so nobody would hang out with him, so he stuck himself with Sean.

When class was done and we were heading to lunch I saw Jeff running up to us.

"Hey! Wait up," he shouted but I just rolled my eyes and kept walking.

"What do you want?" I spat as Jeff approached.

"Look, sorry about earlier nico. They're just-."

"Yeah, go ahead and make some excuse for them." Some people never change!

"I-I. There isn't one. Just sorry Nico." Jeff said quietly as he walked away.

"Hey!" I hollered after him, he turned around and came back.

"Yeah?"

"You should get some new friends." I said.

"Yeah! How about you come sit with us at lunch?" Nico asked, I wanted to hit him upside the head, but I refrain myself.

"Yeah, I think I will. Only if Bailey is okay with it though" Jeff said while looking back and forth at me and Nico.

"She doesn't mind. Right Bailey?" Nico said as he elbowed me in the ribs. I just gave a thumbs up, then turned on my heel, and made my way to the cafeteria.

"Bailey! Wait up. Hey! We are bound to get a visit from them, I want you to promise me that you won't beat any of them. Please, for me." Nico pleaded once he caught up to me.

"What happened?" I asked but it came out more of a demand.

"I went to the bathroom, accidentally bumped into damon. Then he shoved me down, Sean and Jeff happened to walk in and they joined in. It's okay though bailey. I'm fine see." Reaching up, I touched his cheek, he winced to as I touched it. I'm going to kill them.

"Jeff too?" I asked but Nico shook his head no.

"Bailey promise me you won't touch them."

"I won't, unless they touch you again." Nico just sighed, he knew that was as good as he was going to get from me.

Once we were in the cafeteria we got our lunch and sat down, there was no sign of them. At least not yet anyways. All of the sudden I felt a jerk on my shoulder.

"Who do you think you are?" Damon spat, his hand was still digging into my shoulder. It hurt my face still had the same Stone Cold look as before. He looked at me, then squeezed harder, but my face remained the same, all his was somewhat shocked.

"Can you just stop! We didn't do anything." Nico said quickly as he noticed I was losing what little patience I did have.

"You exist. That's probably enough for me." Sean replied with a smirk on his face.

"Wow, you two are so stupid! Because we exist? What are you like five? Seriously grow up." My voice was laced with disgust as I said it.

"Hey Bay!" Huh? Turning around I saw that Dominic was coming up behind me holding my phone in his hand. When he saw Nico he nodded towards him to say hi. Dominic and Nico were good friends ever since I introduced them to each other.

"What happened to your face Nico?" Dominic asked when he got up close. Nico wasn't going to say anything, but I went ahead and pointed to dumb and dumber.

"They did that and they're still breathing?" Dominic asked with shock written across his face.

"Nico made me promise not to." I replied poutily.

"Oh yeah, what are you going to do? Hit me?" Damon said mockingly while Shawn nodded, not saying anything. Dominic started laughing hysterically.

"You don't know the half of it." I said sweetly, while padding Damon's hand, that was still tightly clamped on my shoulder.

"I'd watch it if I were you," warned Dominic.

"Shut up! We could easily take you or her down any day.' Sean said with so much certainty, even though he was dead wrong.

"Go ahead throw the first punch, unless you're too afraid that a girl is going to be you." I said while standing and taking a step towards them.

"I wouldn't want to make you cry sweetheart, so I won't" Sean said while taking a step back, nervousness flashed across his face quickly, but it just as quickly went away.

"Coward" Muttered Dominic. Damon stepped forward and swung at Dominic, but I stepped in front of him, causing him to hit me instead. It hurt, but I've had worse. What would knock most girls out yet affect me. Damon looked worried, then it quickly turned to shock when I didn't fall down from the blow.

"You had better go. When he gets his butt handed to him I don't want you around, cuz they're minors and you're not." I told Dominic, still looking at Damon. Dominic nodded then bent down and kissed me, it wasn't a peck but it wasn't a full on kiss either. Then he turned around, waved goodbye to Nico, shook his head at dumb and dumber, then headed out of the cafeteria. Once Dominic's left the cafeteria, I saw Jeff enter. I finally looked around and saw that the whole cafeteria was staring.

"Either sit down, or hit me. I mean hit me again if you're Damon that is." This time I said it a little louder, talking more to the crowd rather than the idiot standing in front of me. I looked at Nico for his permission and he nodded. Good. Jeff immediately stepped back, which caused a death glare from the other two.

"Cowards," I taunted, then started to turn around, but I whipped around and slugged Damon in the bridge of his nose. That made Sean charge at me, but I easily sidestepped. What is it with people and doing that! Damon came up and threw a left hook, but I held up my arm and easily blocked it, then I returned the favor by delivering an uppercut to Damon's abdomen, then another. Damon stumbled back but quickly regained his footing. From behind I heard Sean come up behind me but I kept my eyes on Damon. Sean grabbed my arms from behind leaving me exposed. Damon shot his right fist into my stomach hard, I let pain flash across my face for one second before going back into fight mode. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Jeff slip towards me as if to help but Niko motion for him to sit.

Around us everyone was laughing and cheering while others were concerned, whether it's for me or not I don't know. Damon got in one more punch before I shot my left leg up kicking him in the face, then I threw my head back as hard as I could and drove it into Sean's head. Damon stumbled back as  Sean did the same, leaving my whole body free. Spinning around I kicked sean, then I turned my attention back to damon. I walked over to him and waited for him to stand up, glaring he stood up and held up both his face. I smacked them through a right hook followed by a left job both of which caught him in the chest. He then attempted to throw a right and left hook, I blocked both of them by putting my elbows together in front of my face. Reaching to the side of me I grabbed a hard lunch tray and used it to block the next set of jabs Damon sent my way.

I could hear Sean behind me, so I took the tray and hit him in the wood pipe, then smacked him upside the head with it. Almost game over for them. Behind me Damon grabbed my shoulder and caused me to spin around to face him, but before he can do anything I need him in the crotch, which made him bend over. Smirking, I grabbed his hair and pulled his head to my ear.

"If you touch Nico again, I'll rip  your balls off and shove them down your throat." I whispered so nobody could hear. Then I drove my knee into his nose, then dropped his hair and went to go sit with Nico. At that moment Braxton and a handful of other strong male teachers came rushing into the cafeteria. I hadn't noticed the lunch ladies were yelling at us to stop, then at some point they ran to go get help.

"What happened?" Braxton asked has the other guys want to see if Damon and Sean were okay.

" They attacked my friend then came up to us at lunch. They are being jerks to us because they said we existed. So I asked him if they were five, then he hit me, then I hit him, then they both attacked me. Ask anyone here they saw it all go down" I told him.

"Okay, I have to take you down to the office though. Bailey right?"

"Yeah that's right."

"Okay I'm going to need you to follow me."I nodded then got up and followed him. I looked back to see Nico and Jeff talking to Mr. Hillman.

"You know Bailey, you remind me of someone, I just don't know who." He said when we exited the cafeteria.

"Really?" I said acting totally surprised, he just nodded. Braxton or should I say Mr miles drop me off at the office then explained what happened, then he left. The principal, Miss Holt, used to be the head of The Agency before she turned it over to her son, Dominic. She had a list of everyone who worked for the agency, she like to know everything about everyone. Lillian was like a mother to me.

"Is that the actual story?" She asked once Braxton left the room.

"Yeah, other than the fact that Damon was going to hit Dominic but I stepped in front. I had told them to hit me and they didn't so he called them a coward, so they went to hit him, but I needed them to hit me so I could hit them back for beating up Nico. Plus the fact that Dom would have hit them back and they are minors, last thing we need is the cops involved." I finished.

"Yeah, good thinking. So we have two options, either no punishment or a week of suspension like Damon and Sean. You pick."

"Um, I don't know. I would like a week off for more cases but I also want to rub it in their faces that they are in trouble and I'm not. So how about you pick Lillian, I can't decide."

"I'll give you the week off, you look tired and Dom told me that you've been swamped with jobs. Take some time off, relax, and make sure you get some sleep.

"Okay, I will. Thanks Lillian."

"No problem. What do you think I should do with Jeffrey?"

"The worst I'd give him is detention. He initially didn't do anything but didn't help me go either. Also when Sean had my arms he was going to jump in and help me but Nico held him back. I mean probably nothing, he was going to help and he didn't directly hurt Nico."

"Okay, that's what I thought. I wasn't going to do anything but I wanted to check with you first and I already knew Nico was going to stay. Lillian loved Nico, every Friday me and my Dad would have Lillian, Dominic, Theo (my Dad's partner), Nico, Chelsea (my partner and Dominic's sister), Jeremy (my other partner), and my  Uncle Nathan, over for dinner. It was nice that we could freely talk about the agency, everyone in that room (except Nico) had killed someone, and knew how difficult it was to have the skills it required. We were one messed up and untraditional family, but we were okay with that.

"Hey Lillian? What can you tell me about Braxton miles?" She reached down into her file drawer and pulled one out.

"Well he is 31, single, he just got his bachelors in teaching, he has no priors, that's pretty much all the school has on him. I had The Agency do a deep dive, and they sent me the results of the search, but I haven't looked at them yet, why are you asking?"

"Last night my target was at the club, Bang, and Braxton was the head bouncer. I left my fake ID on the counter at home, so naturally the wouldn't let me in, and I noticed that he was checking me out, so I told him that if he got me in, I would pay him back, any way that he wants. That's not the problem though. He just asked me if we had meet before, and of course I said no but he still thinks that he does. I mean our disguises aren't great so when he calls to collect, he will find out its me, that is if he doesn't before then." When I finished I looked up at Lillian, and to say she looked puzzled was an understatement. 

"Hmph." Lillian said as she pulled up the report on her phone.

"It says here that he is a nine on the recruitable scale. I'll run it by Dom but I think that he will agree that we should recruit him, that is what we are gonna have to do, we cant risk him figuring out who you were. That's just a whole can of worms we don't want to open. You want to be the one to do it Lee?" I nodded.

"Yeah I'll do it tonight."

"Okay, do you have chips at your house?" Lillian asked, referring to the GPS trackers that everyone in The Agency had in their necks. Each chip had a tracker and an lethal ejection in it. They would put it in a shot and inserted the micro-chip in that way, so that way they could have leverage over all the agents we recruited. With the tap of a password protected button the chip would explode, killing you instantly. When you were done with all your training they would give you a test, and if you passed they would celebrate it by giving you another shot to counteract the chip, but if you failed they just exploded it.

"Yeah, I have two, my Dad has some as well. So we should be all set."

"Okay, perfect! I will call Dominic and update him for you." Lillian replied.

"Kay. See you Friday!" 

"See you then lee!" She called after me then I turned around and left.

"Whats the verdict?" Nico asked when I came out. I opened my mouth to tell him when Lillian stepped out.

"Okay, first things first, Nico, Jeffery, go to class.It sounds like you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Bailey you know the options I gave you, and although you didn't really do anything per say, I am gonna suspend you for the week to get your anger under control. You didn't have to beat them up so severely. Sean and Damon, I am very dissapointed in you guys, you both have a week of suspention, for your awful behavior and quite honestly , she beat the crap out of you so you need you recovery time. I am also going to have to do 10 hours of community service when you get back. I recommend that both of you say a doctor other than our school nurse. I called both of your parents and told them about your immature behavior and recommended you seek professional counseling. There will be no more toleration for bullies at the school, don't let this happen again. Do I make myself clear?" Everyone nodded (well almost everyone did except for Damon).

"You're dismissed." Lillian said if she turned around and went back to her office.

"She didn't even ask us for our side of the story!" Damon shouted while throwing his hands up in the air.

"She checked the school's video feed, idiot!" I shot back.

"Whatever, I'm going home!" Damon said as he got up and stormed down the hall, with Sean falling close behind.

"Bailey I was supposed to give you a ride home. So how are you going to get there?" Nico asked, his voice was laced with concren.

"Crap, I forgot about that. Okay so still come over after school and I can just walk home. Are you going to stay over?"

"Yeah I'll stay over but you can't walk home, it's far away." Nico replied by looking at me like I was insane.

"She can take my car, if she can pick me up from school, then I can drop her off and continue on to my house." Jeff offered.

"No it's okay, I can call Dominic to pick me up or I can see if I can take Lillian's car. You should come over with Nico though you can spend the night then I can take you both to school tomorrow and pick you up or you can both drive your own cars. Will have my stepmother and her son coming over soon so we can meet him and then I have to leave for about an hour but that will be later tonight. Dominic will probably stop by but I'm not sure, it will probably be pretty chaotic but you can still come."

"Oh, sure I'll come. Are you sure though?" Jeff asked, while looking completely sh youocked that I had invited him over.

"Yeah, we're sure, it'll be fun!"Nico added, as I nodded. Just then Lillian's office door opened and she stepped out.

"Dominic just called, and mentioned that Nico was going to give you a ride home. Dominic's got somewhere he has to be, so you can take my car, and then he will be done in time to pick me up."

"Okay, thanks!" God I love that woman! She turned and went to go back to her office.

"Hey, call me and let me know if you need me to come and get you, if Dom's not done." She nodded and went back into her office, after throwing me her keys.

"I had better get going. Guess I'm going to pick up Sniper early." That earned a chuckle from Nico and a confused look on Jeff's face as I headed out the door. It was around noon when I left the school. I went and picked up sniper, my German shepherd, dropped him off at the house, swish cars, and went to go get groceries. When I was finished it was around 2:00. Sign I went up to my room and got changed into my gym clothes, then got back in my car and went to the gym. I was at the gym for an hour and fifteen minutes, before I realized that I needed to get home. I got out of the gym as fast as I could, then sped the whole way home (which was only 5 minutes away). When I got here it seemed that my dad's wife and her son were already here. Dad's going to kill me! I was getting out of the vehicle when Nico and Jeff pulled up. Good, I'm glad they're here!

"Hey guys!" They both waved then we walked in. As soon as we came in I heard voices coming from the living room, walking into the living room I saw Laurel, sitting there with her son, and it was none other than.... Damon!
