Okay my theory for Peril is that she was actually enchanted by Darkstalker's Talisman but not be Darkstalker himself..... not by her father..... but by Queen Scarlet. I think she stole the Talisman from Chameleon and enchanted her as leverage so he would have to work for her and out of anger because she was mad at Kestrel. There are probably other reasons but those are the only ones i could think of.
