All of them began to walk along the warm and eerily silent streets of Seoul.
The city was completely unrecognizable after the wrath of Muerte.

There were little pits of fire everywhere, along the rubish of what used to be expensive cars and local street food trucks.

Mina shuddered at the sight of her once peaceful home.

"Now this is more like it!" Chen said looking around happily.

"Yeah, I'm starting to feel like I'm at your mom's house" Baekhyun said looking at the familiar scenery. Chen frowned at him before sending a random strike of lightning his way.

Which struck Baekhyun back into a wrecked car.

He slammed into it before falling to the ground.

"Hey! Stop playing around!" Yelled one of the guards as he pointed a gun towards Chen.

"Do it again Chen! Do it again" Baekhyun yelled once he stood up and brushed the newly found ash off of his clothes.

The disturbance must've triggered a near by threat. Because suddenly the group of them were surrounded by faceless machines that had one thing on their mind and one thing only.

Murder.

"Uh oh, we've got company" Xiumin said getting into a battle stance.

Mina looked around in fear. As a couple of guards circled her in means to protect.

It was a miniature stare off going on until one of the robots started to sprint forward. Then before anyone knew it, all hell breaks loose.

Sehun was the first one to react as he waved his hand towards the electronic monster and sent wind it's way so powerful that it blew it to pieces before it could even touch him.

Suho knew his power was useful considering what these newly found creatures were made of. And shot water left and right at his targets.

The rest of Exo did what they do best and took care of the robots while the guards handled the rest.
And before Mina knew it, their temporary threats were no more.

"Wow......what the heck were those things " Lay asked out of breath.
Although he couldn't use his power on any of these machines due to the inconvenience it provided. He still used basic self defense skills to kill them off.

As did Joker who just enjoyed killing for the thrill of it.

"Mutant bots that used to be regular people. Muerte released a vaccine that transformed normal people into a vicious army for his personal service" said one of the guards Mina knew to be Daniel.

He was Eunseo's right hand man when it came down to business along side Mina.

"I guess the brunette was right. This death guy seems pretty invincible" Kai said referring to Eunseo as he ran his hand through his disheveled hair.

"Not for long, let's keep moving"

Voiced someone familiar.
Everyone looked around and noticed Eunseo's face virtually appear out of Daniels 3D watch.

"Woah your everywhere sweet cheeks" Baekhyun said.

"And you better not forget it. If you and Chen keep it up, you both won't have a brain left to think with" she threatened.

"It's a bit too late for that" Sehun voiced.

"Good job on the first attack. I gotta admit, I wasn't sure if you guys would make it or not. But nonetheless I'm pleased" she said which made Xiumin scoff.

"Keep up the good work and you guys may find out what's in this for you"

Eunseo said as she quickly signed off. Leaving the members of Exo stunned at her statement.

"There's something in it for us?" Lay asked naively. And Baekhyun places his arm around him.

"Don't think too much of it, I'm sure she's just gonna give us a hot plate that's edible for once"

"Let's get moving, we don't have much daylight left" Daniel said forcing them onward.

They walked on and weren't interrupted by anything or anyone for the last two hours. Mina began to grow restless as she walked in the unforgiving heat.

"Hey are you okay?" Daniel asked looking down at her.

"I guess. I'm just feeling very tired"

"Yeah it's getting late. We might have to round them back in" he said looking at his watch for the time.

Mina plucked her shirt in means to receive some sort of relief from the blazing heat. When all of the sudden, her surroundings darkened.

She looks to her side and saw that Joker aka Chanyeol had blocked the sunlight from her face.

"Thanks"

She mutters.

Chanyeol looked over at her and stared wordlessly.

"Look out!"

Someone yelled. Before Mina was tackled onto the ground harshly. She looked up and saw that she was about to be demolished by one of those demonic robots.

As everyone tried to figure out what to do that wouldn't end up in Mina being hurt too.

Chanyeol grabbed Daniel's gun from his holster and shot it without second guessing.

The first shot missed and almost landed in Mina's side as she still fought with the robot.

"Shoot now!"

"Stand down!"

Yelled the Exo and the guards as Daniel tried to bumrush Chanyeol in means to confiscate the gun. When Chanyeol points the gun at him. While not taking his eyes off of Mina.

Her arms were weakening and the beast was only a few centimeters away from eating her face. When Chanyeol shot the risky bullet.

"No!"yelled Daniel.

He thought for sure that Mina was a goner. Knowing that the proximity between the two was dire.

The bullet grazed Mina's arm and landed in the bots head ultimately killing it.

He guards rushed to Mina's side as Chanyeol watched with an emotionless face. One that he wore the enter time of the attack.

Mina cried out in relief and pain as she rolled onto her side and made eye contact with the very man that pointed a gun at her for the second time since they've met.
