Aurora up there

Alexander's POV

  I woke up the morning still on a high. I was finally back home with my family, friends and mist importantly, my baby. Speaking of him, he just texted me and asked if he could take me to school this morning. "Kiddo, you up?" Jordan asked knocking on my door. "Yeah I'm up. Hey Jordan, do you mind if David takes me to school today?" I asked. "Can he take you tomorrow? I wanna be selfish today. He had you all day yesterday." he said making me laugh. He is so childish. "OK. OK. I'll tell him he can come and get me tomorrow. Don't renigg either ugly." I said as I texted David back. "I won't." he said. I knew he was lying though. I finished doing my morning hygiene and proceeded to get dressed. I wonder what today is gonna bring.

  Once I finished getting dressed, I decided to eat a bowl of cereal before we left (Cinnamon Toast Crunch for the win). To my surprise, Mariah and Jordan were already downstairs eating. "Someone made it to breakfast on time I see." Jordan said laughing. "Someone made a big mess this morning I see." I said pointing to a random spot on his shirt. "Where?" "Made you look." I said flicking his nose. Mariah burst out laughing "Good one Alex." she said giving me a dap. "That's not funny ugly." Jordan said high key salty. "I still love you big bro." I said giving his irking ass a hug. I quickly made a light bowl of cereal as we all chopped it up for another 5 minutes. We mainly talked about how excited everyone was to see finally return to school and allat. "You guys ready to go?" Jordan asked as he put his bowl in the sink. I quickly washed all of our dishes "Yeah let's go. Couldn't leave those in there. Easy way to attract Ben and his cousins." I said as I grabbed my things and headed to the car.

  Did I mention how much I love my brother and sister? Welp I'll say it again. I really enjoy having them around. I'm smiling more and I don't feel so alone anymore either. Plus, we can all play jokes and get on each other's nerves like regular siblings do. I used to feel sad about those things when I would see Sage and Aurora interact with their siblings. I love those girls to death but it's nothing like going home and seeing your siblings there instead of a empty house sometimes. Now we're here and I couldn't be more happier. "What you over there grinning about?" Mariah asked me. "You two. I'm just really glad that you two are here. It's nothing like having your own siblings to annoy." I said sticking my tongue out. "We love you too weirdo." Jordan said. "You love me so much that your shirt is on backwards, I'm flattered." I said laughing at him.

  "Shut up. Where's your phone?" he asked me. I started feeling around for my phone but couldn't find it. I decided to check my book bag, hoping it would be there. "Looking for this?" Jordan said holding my phone in his hand. "You love me that much that you forgot about your phone? Awww thanks lil bro." he said mocking me. "Gimme my phone." I said snatching it from him. "Someone's salty. Time to get out and get your education." he said. I was confused for a minute until I looked up and saw that we were definitely at my school. Guess we got here when I was busy looking for my phone. I grabbed my things and got out of the car, not before giving the uglies a hug. "Make sure you text us this time. Have a good day kiddo." Mariah said as Jordan honked the horn when he pulled off. 

  I walked through the doors as I was immediately bum rush by my two favorite people in the world. "Good morning to my beautiful baby girls." I said. "What a beautiful morning it is now that you're here." Sage said. "Brighten our whole day and the day has only just begun." Aurora smiled. "Aww. I miss you too so much." I said as we walked to my locker. "We will not get mushy today. Nope." Aurora said making me laugh. "You could tell it's been a minute since this thing was used. It's a little dusty." I said laughing. "You play too much but come on before the bell ring. We have a lot to catch you up on" Aurora said as we begin walking. That's funny, I haven't seen David yet. He normally sneaks up on my by now. He's probably late.

Later That Day    

  "You said y'all had some things to teach me. Y'all damn near gave me every version of the bible. My brain hurts." I whined as we walked to our next class. "You missed a lot so we have to catch you up. Get ready because there's more where that came from." Sage said. "Well I have to go to the bathroom. Can you take my book bag to class for me and tell her I'm here?" I asked her. "I got you." she said as she took my bag and continued to class. "This is a lot to make up. Sheesh. I should've expected it though." I said as I walked into the bathroom. After I relieved myself, I washed my hands and began walking back to class. 

  At least that's where I thought I was going until somebody pulled me into them. "Get-" "Good morning lil baby. You looking real good this morning." David said in my ear. He definitely was about to catch this fade for that little stunt. I turned around and looked at him "You was about to catch a nice, clean fade ugly." I said glaring at him. "You wasn't about to do that. Where's my kiss?" he asked me. "Um that's no-" I was cut off by him kissing me. I low key love when he do that to be honest.    

  His hands decided to snake their way around my waist as mine wrapped themselves around his neck. The kiss went from being a quick and innocent one to an "take your clothes off right here" one. I stopped myself when I realized that we were still in school, in the hallway at that. I;m not giving these niggas a show, that's dead. "Stop being trying to rape me." I said laughing, pushing him away. "It wouldn't be rape if we're both enjoying it now would it?" he said kissing me again. "No comment. Get to class. You already made me later then I thought I would be." I said pushing him and walking away. Not that I went very far, he ran right up behind me and pulled me back to him. "I don't want you to leave just yet. C'mere." he said pulling me towards the lockers and kissing me. It's those kisses man! Those lips are so soft!

  I broke the kiss before I got sucked in and fucked around and left school with him. " Babe I have to go to class. I have a lot to catch up on." I said hoping he would let me go this time. Not that I don't want to be around him, I just have so much to catch up on and so little time to do it. "Couldn't hurt to try. Go to class lil baby. I'll see you later." he said licking his lips. He not slick, I know what he doing. I turned around and heard him say "That's all me right there". I laughed as I walked back to class. "What happened to you? Thought you was cutting or something." Sage said. "Nothing. I low key fell in the toilet." I said lying. She found this to be funny and literally burst out laughing. I know she's not gonna let me live this down. "Aye Alex! You lying right?!" she said with tears in her eyes. It wasn't that funny ugly, then again I did set myself up for this. "It's not that funny ugly." I said as it fell on deaf ears. 

  She was still laughing. "Ms.Hines, would you like to share the joke with the class?" Ms.Smith said to her. Sage immediately stopped laughing, that's what her hype ass get. I should've never said that thought. Setting myself up for failure like that. "No. Ms.Smith. I apologize for the outburst." she said as Ms.Smith returned to the board. "That's what ya hype ass get. Shut you right on up." I said whispering to Sage as I laughed at the same time. "Fight me." she said making us both laugh. Finally the bell rung, signaling lunch.

  "I'm so hungry right now." I said to her as we walked to lunchroom. "Nigga me too. Stomach was having a whole civil war during class." she said as we bust out laughing. "What are you two laughing about?" Aurora asked catching up to us. "We're talking about how hungry we are. This is not a game." I said. "Who y'all telling. Everything I looked at for the past 10 minutes looked like food. Even my book bag was starting to look like a pack of skittles." she said as we all laughed again. "This line mad long." Sage said. "Well what you expect? We aren't the only ones that's hungry." I said as the line started moving. Once we got our food, we went to go find our seats. Our school decided that today's theme would be Chinese take out. I had some beef with broccoli on fried rice.

  Sage decided to get some general tso's and two spring rolls, while Aurora decided to get some beef lo mien with some sushi. "I'll get the sodas for y'all since I'm already up." Aurora said as she put her tray down and walked to the soda fountain. "There y'all go. Y'all be in the tuck. Wassup y'all. Glad to see that you're back Alex." Dominic said as he sat down at our table. Is this supposed to be funny? Me and Sage looked at each other confused. "Wassup." me and her said awkwardly. David is not gonna like this whatsoever. "How are you doing today Alex?" he asked smiling. "Uh...Great." I said still trying to process this. "Here go y'all stuff- The fuck?!" Aurora said as she handed me and Sage our drinks. "What are you doing here?" she said moving her tray and seat next to Sage. "Having lunch with friends. That's not a crime, is it?" he said smiling. 

  Just when I thought things couldn't get any more awkward, David walks up to us. "Hey bae-The fuck?" he said when he saw who was sitting next to us. "Why the fuck are you here?" he barked. Lord, I hope this not does not commit murder. I haven't finished my food yet. "I'm just eating with friends. That's not a crime is it?" he said looking at David. "Fuck outta this space fake ass nigga." he said. He was literally two seconds away from killing this boy. "David can we just eat? Please. Nobody is even worried about him." Aurora said eating some of her low mien. "I will fucking kill you." he said pulling me closer to him. Actually, he pulled me on his lap. I almost spilled my soda when he did that. "You too far away." he said as he began eating his food. That low key turned me on. "So Alex how have you be-" "Don't talk to him." David said ending the conversation before it could  even began.

  For the rest of the time, we all awkwardly ate our food in silence. It was so weird y'all. "That was so weird. Why would he sit there knowing we don't like him like that?" Aurora said as we were walking to the trash. "I don't know y'all. It's mad weird." I said. "He better not try that shit again or that's his ass." David said. When bae is super protective of you, I'm wit it. We left the lunchroom decided to walk the halls and talk until the bell rung. As if my day couldn't get any worse, Tahj walked up to us.

  "Alex I'm glad your finally back with your parents. I'm glad I helped them out. They were so distraught when they asked me for my help. I hope you guys are on better terms now." he said. After he said that, it's like everything stopped and I had and out of body experience. I could faintly hear what they was saying after he said that. "You did what?!" Sage said. "Please tell me you lying." Aurora followed. "You're joking right? The fuck would you help them for?" David said. "He shouldn't have ran away. They-" was all he managed to get out. I literally stood there frozen. I knew he helped them, but hearing him say it was a blow to the chest. I was just stuck in a trance until I heard people saying "David stop!" "He's gonna kill him". I didn't know what they were talking about until I saw David on top of Tahj.

  He was really beating his ass. I finally snapped out of my trance to stop him. "David! David stop! Your gonna kill him!" I said pulling him off. "Alex, move out of my way." he said lowly. "No. You've done enough!" I yelled. "You are the dumbest person I know." he said to Tahj as he walked off. He saw Dominic at the end of the hall. "If I ever catch you doing anything, I don't care if you're asking him for a pencil, I will kill you." he said full of rage. "David wait! Tahj, I'm so sorry." I said running behind David. "Gimme your keys." I said to him. "I can drive." he said trying to dismiss me. "Give me the fucking keys!"I yelled as he reluctantly gave them to me. i drove him too his house. "Is anybody here?" I asked him. He shook his head no.

  I was calling Sage to come pick me up when he basically took my phone and ended the call. I took that as a sign that he wanted me to stay so I motioned for him to come sit on the couch with me. "David what happened back there? Why did you do that?" I asked him. Dumb question, yes I know. "What you mean why I do that? That pussy was the reason why I almost lost you Alex. You fucking right imma fuck his ass up. You should've let me keep going. I would've made sure he never did that shit ever again." he said cracking his knuckles. "Don't act like you didn't tense up when he said that shit either. I saw you." he said staring at me. "The thing is I already knew he did it-" "You knew? You should've let me keep going then." he said interrupting me. "While I knew he did it, it wasn't like he had any malicious intent behind it. He was just another naive kid tricked into doing something that they had no business doing." I finished.

  "Then why did you tense up?" he asked me. "I tensed up because it had finally hit that what they told me was true. I didn't believe them when they told me but when he admitted it, everything sunk in. He laid his head in my lap. "I understand that baby but he still needed to be taught a lesson. Alex you're gonna have to do something about your parents. Otherwise the next time, you might not be so lucky." he said as he laid there with his eyes closed. Him, and everyone else has been telling me this. I know I have to do something about them but it's like I still have a little bit of hope that this is a terrible nightmare and that I'll wake up from this tomorrow and go on about my normal life.

  I noticed that David was sleep, so I tried to slide from under him and go home. "Where you going?" he said with his eyes still closed. Guess I wasn't quick enough. "I thought you was sleep, so I was gonna head home." I explained. "I wanna lay with you. Can you please stay for a bit?" he asked, opening his eyes and sitting up. I gave in and said "Come on ugly. You taking me home too". "I was about to say that. That was the last thing I was gonna say, sheesh. C'mere." he said picking me up and carrying me upstairs. "I could've walked you know?" I said. "I knew that. I just wanted to do that." he said as we took our shoes off and laid in the bed. He used my torso as a pillow and got comfortable. "Your heartbeat is so smooth and rhythmic." he said. "Thank you" I said as I played with his waves. Within 5 minutes, he was knocked out.

  He's right though I do have a decision to make and soon. Other wise, it'll be made for me.

There we go. Chapter was a little blah 

David plays no games.
