Wattpad keeps deleting the chapters that I write so it might be a while until the next update
Raven's pov
Nico took my advice and wore his black armor. Man,it made him look even hotter in a dark way. At this point I honestly couldn't care less if he found out that I liked him,it was pretty obvious that he felt the same way. I mean,he displayed all the classic symptoms.

His Stygian iron sword clashed against Katropis in a beat-parry riposte sequence. Aw,he's using the method we developed together! That's adorable! I swear,I practically squealed. Gods,what happened to me? I've never been this girly before. I wonder if Aphrodite drugged me again. It wouldn't be the first time. But something seemed different,like it was real this time.

A bolt of lightning struck me,bringing me back to reality. A relationship between Nico and I wouldn't work anyways. I'm not human,he used to have a crush on a guy(although he could still be bi),and I'm his best friend and old teacher so that would be strange. But there was always a chance. I mean,look at Malec!

Jason was standing,shocked that the lightning hadn't brought me down. I smirked and easily disarmed the momentarily stunned boy. Excellent. Nico took care of Piper and we left them there,weaponless and tied up with vines.

Nico strode ahead of me,his face determined. The flag was hidden in this cave and was guarded only by a small group of five kids. Clearly they had expected Jason to get rid of trespassers. Well they were wrong.

We knocked them out easily and took the flag,shadow travelling back to our side. But when we got there,there was a nasty little surprise waiting for us. Clarisse grabbed Nico. Anger grew within me and the creek rose,bending to my will.

Everyone stood paralyzed in shock. Tendrils of water shot out,becoming solid as they hit. The Ares kids didn't stand a chance. We had won.

                 Nico's pov
After Raven's water stunt,her brothers joined her a bit tentatively. A collective gasp spread throughout the crowd. A glowing green trident appeared over each of their heads, accompanied by smaller symbols of other gods. The twins looked mystified,Hae-Joon looked nervous, and Raven stood in silence,eerily calm, just as cold and impassive as ever. Chiron finally spoke, but it was obvious that even he was shaken. "Hail Rhyoo Sunghye,Hae-Joon,Elijah and Noah, children of Poseidon, legacies of Athena,Nemesis, Hecate,Demeter,Thanatos, Boreas, Eros, Helios,Selene, Apollo, Ares, Bellona, Khione,Janus, Hermes, Hephaestus, Khione, Dionysus, Hypnos,and Zeus."

See,that's what I was talking about when I said that they had a powerful mix of godly blood. Raven had known that she was a legacy,she just didn't know that Poseidon was her dad. One of the small Demeter girls spoke up timidly." Who's Rhyoo Sunghye?"

"Me." Raven's black eyes had shifted into a dark,strangely luminous green-blue. "Raven is a nickname." Okay,I hadn't known that Sunghye was her real name. I already knew that her eyes changed color though.

Percy laughed uneasily. "Well,I guess I'll move my stuff so you guys can move in. "

She simply nodded once." Thank you Perseus. That would be excellent. However, I still will be leaving anyways,so really, you just need to worry about the boys."

Hae-Joon smiled apologetically at Percy before heading over to his new brother. A voice boomed out through the clearing. "STOP."

Percy gasped sharply. "Dad?" It was indeed his father,Poseidon. But why had he come? It must be about something really important for Poseidon himself to come. He beckoned to his daughter. "Raven, come here. There is something I must discuss with you." Raven walked over to him without a word and Poseidon took her farther into the woods to tell my best friend whatever he had to say.

She came back scowling darkly,as usual. "It would appear that I must stay and take up residence in this camp,though I can come and go as long as I consider the camp my main residence." I thought I could hear her mutter,"even though I swore that I was never returning here after what happened last time."

Chiron cleared his throat. "Well, welcome back Raven. "

Her blue-green eyes had become black again. She said a quiet "thank you" before melting into the shadows.

Later,as I was lying on my bunk, alone in the darkness of the cabin and struggling to fall asleep,I heard someone speak. "Hello Nico." I bolted upright. Did I just imagine that? Or did I really just hear it? Either way, it was definitely Raven. I recognized her distinctly familiar strangely accented voice. "Raven? Why are you here?"

I could now make out her form sitting on the bunk across from mine. Her tone was as cool as ever. " What,do you want me to leave?"

"No-no,you can stay!" Great,I was stuttering. "Please stay." I sounded desperate,even to myself. "But why did you come?"

I could hear Raven shifting her position on the opposite bunk. "I had a feeling that you were having a hard time sleeping."

That was nice of her to do that for me, even if she was my best friend. We sat there in silence for a few moments. "Raven."

"Yes Di Angelo?"

"Can you tell me one of your stories?" Don't tell anyone that I asked her to tell me a story. It's just that the tales she wove were so vivid,so real seeming, just like the pictures she drew. Raven had a way with words, an ability to mesmerize,weaving an incredible tale from nothing. Raven's words were almost hypnotic,and she had a way of being incredibly convincing, manipulating people even without charmspeak. Her stories were like the legends of old,they were the stories of demigods from times long past.

She was quiet for a minute." Okay. This one today is a true story,a camp legend that took place more than 1000 years ago. It's about the girl who's name I share, Sunghye,with her brother, Hanyeong. The darkness had descended completely on the demigod camp, shrouding the cabins, enveloping the area with a sense of surrealistic silence. Yet there were some who reveled in the shadows....."

She skillfully wove her tale through the night as I finally succumbed to Hypnos.

Just before I fell asleep,I remembered. "Raven?"

She paused her story." Yes Nico?"

"Happy Birthday."

"Thank you." And with that,she picked up where she had left off.
