Hiro's P.O.V.
Supposedly, for me, today should be the best summer I could ever have, but sadly, I'm sick. I just got confined in bed since sunrise and that's it. I'm not allowed to go.
Nah, that's life.
One thing I could just do is simply sleep. Wait, there's more: eat, drink, and stare at nothing. I don't want to be sick anymore. I just want to have fun. That's all. Staring by my window, I can see the sun shining so bright it illuminated so much that I almost got blind, but the good thing is I closed my eyes before I could see that the world is all black.
I simply rolled my eyes in disappointment because of that same problem. But I caught a glimpse of something that's just behind my shelves. It is so extraordinary that I fell down my bed and my head landed on the floor first before my body. God, I could hear the loud bang on the floor. My head's hit. Am I sorry for it? Think so. I lightly massaged my head and groaned in pain when suddenly I heard a balloon inflating by itself. I disregarded it so badly that later, I heard it say,
"Hello," the voice started. "I am Baymax. Your personal health care companion." Hey, that's Baymax. I realized that he is still active in the moment.
"Yeah?" I said, narrowing his eyes at him sharply. "What do you want?"
"I have detected signs of distress. Probably you banged your head on the floor---"
"Yes, I did." I answered, interrupting him. Later on, he shows a scale of faces from 1-10.
"In a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your pain?"
"Um… zero?" I answered. I tried to hide the pain so that I could just deactivate him right away. "I'm fine."
"You know what," he informed, "if you lie, how can you be healed?"
"Come on! It's going to be okay."
"And if you're not?" He asked with such concern. It struck me. Fine! I will now tell the truth.
"Alright!" I answered forcefully. "8!"
"Then, I'll go with the treatment." He walked nearer to me and lightly massaged my head. A few minutes later, the pain was gone. I finally got relieved on the pain on my head. Yeah, I could stand, but I can still feel the weight pulling me down. I fell on the floor with a loud bang once again, and I ended up stuck on the floor.
Baymax gave up another set of steps near me and lowered his head facing me. "You have fallen." He said.
"Oh, man," I complained. "This is a piece of sh*t!" Baymax didn't say a word. He lifted me up from the floor and carried me like a baby. It's kinda weird to see that, huh? I tried to escape from his arms but I couldn't! He's kind of strong for me. But the good thing is, he brought me back to bed and tickled my arms. I could feel that his body's as soft as a feather. Amazing.
"I'll scan you for injuries."
"Go ahead." Then he scanned me and checked everything, about what's wrong with me.
"You have no stated injuries, but it is shown that your body temperature's high and you need some antibiotics, since the virus in your body might have the intention to multiply." God. Oh no!
"So…" I asked him, pausing for a moment to think of my question once again, "whatcha gonna do with me?" He gave no answer but a blink of an eye. I could hear the robotic sound of his blinking eye. Beautiful. And... how cute.
"Ummm…" he responded, stammering and trying to analyze what to do with me, "you need rest and lots of water. I'll give you a medicine that you'll drink for the mean time to have some observation."
"Then?" I asked, raising a brow on him.
"If you feel that your fever's gone," he said, "then you're okay! But if it worsens, you'll have to go to a clinic." Did you just hear that? Baymax said 'clinic'. Every time I hear that word, I remember injections, blood, and everything else... I hate it.
"Alright, fine!" I smirked. "As long as I get well, Baymax. I'm satisfied with my---" Suddenly my intention of getting that shining thing entered my mind again. "Wait, um, Baymax?"
He turned his head towards me. "Yes, Hiro?"
"Um," I started, "would you please get that shining thing under my shelf?" I said, pointing to that glamouring thing that somewhat looks like a prism to me. He walked near my table and tried to kneel. God, he can't.
"Baymax, would you want me to---"
"No, it's okay." He answered nonchalantly and did it once again. Yeah, he got it, but as he gets out of the table, he accidentally hits his head under the table. Poor Baymax!
"Baymax, are you okay?"
"I'm fine!" He answered politely. "I'm a robot, and it's impossible for me to get hurt."
"Ay, as usual," I whispered to myself. He walked near to me and dropped that thing on my bed. "What's that, Baymax?" I kinda have blurred vision.
He blinked twice and looked at me. "Um, it looks a lot like a journal to me."
My eyes widened as I hear him say that word. "Journal?" I got blissed. He handed it over to me and I saw great nerd designs. It got filled with glasses and experiments. Beautiful! "Baymax…" I said, causing myself to giggle, "who do you think gave this to me?"
"I don't know." Ha-ha! Baymax.
I fell on my pillow. "How funny, Baymax." I like it. I touched the sides of the journal and thought,
When will I start writing here?
I simply gave up a smile and rested.
×-×-×-×
I felt my eyes closed and my blanket touching my warm skin. I felt that my temperature's getting low. How good it is to feel. I opened my eyes and felt a cloudy view of my room. "Baymax? Baymax?" I called.
Where is he?
I tried to recognize him, and I thought he's gone. My vision started to get clear after seeing a pixelated view of black and white. I just saw him in front of me.
"Baymax…" I said worriedly, then I stuttered, "I-I-I… I thought you're gone."
"Of course, I'm not!" He answered enthusiastically. "Let me scan you again."
"Go ahead." He scanned to see if I am well.
"You have no more injuries, and your fever's going down by the moment. You still need rest and lots of water if you want to get well." Wow. I'd like to thank Baymax for that.
"Wow, you're a great personal doctor, Baymax." I said. "I'm satisfied with my care." He deactivated himself and got back to his luggage.
I let out a sigh. "Finally, I could get some rest and---"
"Hiro!" Someone called downstairs.
Uh, man! "Yes, Aunt?"
"Your friends are here to visit you!" She responded. What? I'm sick! Why should they come.
Oh, man. "Fine, okay. They can visit me." I replied. "Let them all in." And I closed my eyes once again.
A few minutes later, three consecutive knocks came right after my door. "Come in!" There entered my friends. I got relieved when I saw those familiar smiles. Their smiles are photographs to me. "Hey, guys!"
"Oh, Hiro!" Honey said, putting an emphasis on the first syllable of my name, then came near and squeezed me tight. I felt crushed in her arms. "Are you okay, dearie?"
"Yeah, I am."
Then came the rest and gave me a handshake and a high-five. "Thanks, guys. You gave me another surprise."
"Well, we always do." Another voice stepped in. I tried to recognize that female-sounding voice. When she came near, I turned my head towards her and shaped a smile on my face. She popped her gum and spat it on the wooden floor.
"Hey, um, GoGo!" I chirped. She just smirked at me and I could feel my face reddening. It worsened all the more. My God!
"W-w-wait." Fred got into the scene. "Hiro, your face is red."
"Oh, um," I stuttered. "Sorry, nothing. I was just, uh, I was just---"
"In love?" All of them chorused except GoGo who would just do nothing but pop her gum again and again.
"No, I'm not!" I lied. "I just... got... um, injured... awhile ago?"
"Man!" Wasabi said in surprise. "You okay, baby?"
I almost exploded in anger. "No, I'm not, you spicy Wasabi!"
He pouted at me and it looks cute on him. I mean, not okay. "Don't you dare call me spicy, Hiro!" I giggled once again and he gave me a light punch on my shoulder. I gave him a painful pinch on his arm. And we did those nonsense and stupid mistakes in front of everyone. They were watching us, but we didn't seem to care.
I noticed GoGo shake her head in disappointment and makes the palm of her hand cover her face. "You two are just being immature. Stop it!"
We got the hell out of each other and responded by giving her stupid looks. "What? That's life. We're having fun." Wasabi answered and gave up so many excuses.
"Yeah, GoGo," I answered, walking towards her and wrapped my arm around her. "It's fun." She pushed my arm away and walked out.
"Hiro," she said, "I know, but, sometimes it looks irritating."
"It's not!" I answered, still letting out the fun.
She sighed. "Fine!" Then she pulled my hair hard.
"Ow!" I shouted. "It hurts!"
"So what?" She asked, laughing. "You think that's fun?" She puts the stress on the word 'fun'.
"Yeah, in a way---"
"God, Hiro." She interrupted me. "But sometimes it's just a piece of sh*t, so, put the f*ck off."
Fine, I thought. You're just being miserable.
Hah, good for you, GoGo.
Guys! You think it’s good? I don’t think so. Naaaah, I’m just kidding. But, yeeaaah, so please I request you all still to vote and comment on what you think?
How’s the flow? How’s the feels? Did it ever got the wrong way? Was it all so bad? Do you think those swears kinda stop you from reading? Did it ever make you scream inside your room, or even in your Toilet? Did it look good? Did you have the Hiro x GoGo feels? Please do comment. I would need your feedbacks please! *cries*
And… again, I’m in need of IDEAS. You can comment or PM me and tell me more! I need some inspiration and that’s what I lack! *freaks out* I need you all.
