NICO'S P.O.V

I walked into the class and sat in the back. Leo tried to make me sit next to him, but it was too in the front. Luckily Piper was sitting in the back, so I went to sit next to her.

"Hi Nico!" She smiled and half waved at me.

"Uhh...hello." I tried to smile but I couldn't. Finally the class started and the teacher came in.

"Urgh, hello class. How are you?" He said rolling his eyes.

"Good" everyone said in unison.

"Okay. Uh...take notes on..."he leaned over his desk and looked at the paper. " chapter 4. And if you have any questions well...ask someone else." Everyone started turning pages and slaming the books on the table. I looked around confused were they got the books. Piper giggled a little.

"They're under the desk" she pointed to the little tray hing under my desk. I looked under my desk and got the book. I put it on my desk.

"Uh...thanks, Piper" I nodded. Leo walked over to us and squatted in between over desks.

"Halo. How's it going. Having fun Neeks?" I shot him a glare.

"How many times do I have to tell you not to call me neeks. My name is Nico not Neeks" I lightly slapped the back of his head. He just laughed and Piper smiled.

"Awe how cute!" She squealed. Did she think we were a couple? Sure he was cute. NO! Get that out of your head. Last time people almost killed you for being gay.

I Am Straight

"Earth to Nico. Nico did we loose you. Anyone home?" Leo was about to touch me when I snapped back to reality. I quickly grabbed his arm. His arm was warm. I wanted them to be wrapped arm me . wait No!

I am straight.

"Dont touch me." I said letting go of his hand. My hand felt cold again.

"Jeesh Nico. How cold is your hand? Piper feel his hand!" He ignored what I just said and grabbed my arm and placed my hand on Piper's cheek.

"Hey!" I pulled away my hand. "Did you just not hear what I said?"

"You didnt have a problem in the morning" he said shrugging.

"Thats cause...thats cause I was too shy to say anything. I didnt want to be rude." I said quietly. I looked down at my book that I havent opened yet. I slowly opened it. I flipped through the pages until I found chapter 4. Leo looked at me meanwhile I did this. I stopped and looked at him. "What?"

"Oh nothing. I should start doing this work..." he got up and walked to his desk. I looked as he walked away. I shook my head and started working on the notes. The chapter was on the greek gods.

Hm... interesting.
