I'll be teaching you how to make this cover:

you will need the apps:
PicsArt
Phonto
Polarr (optional)

you will need:

- this background

- a png of your choice (I used Sabrina Carpenter)

- and this flourish

number one - open your background on PicsArt. add you png and your shadow. (optional)add the flourish, and press lighten to make only the white spots appear.

number two - save it. go to Phonto. add your text in the font ' sunrise international bold '. go to ' stroke. ' see ' width ' at the bottom of the page? scroll it until the stroke is thick enough for your liking.

number three - when you are satisfied with your title, save it.

number four - (optional) go to Polarr. add your picture and scan this filter. adjust it to your liking.
