Rob POV

  "When should I sock you?" I asked Alexis as we walked. "So that's Derrick? He's fine as hell." she said ignoring everything I just said. (A/N: I'm not sure if her and Derrick already met, if they did, ignore that). "You heard me." I said nudging her. "No I really didn't. What you say?" she said as I sighed. "When should I sock you. How you gonna let him kidnap me like that?" I asked as she laughed. "It's not kidnapping if you like it." she said with her tongue out. Didn't have a comeback for that. "I thought so." she said as she laughed. We walked into a  shoe store while I thought about what just happened 3 hours ago. I hope he's here just visiting so I won't have to see him again. 

   "How do these look?" she said walking out with a pair of shoes on. "It looks like somebody glued bamboo to your ankles. Nah." I said as she laughed. She came out with a different pair of shoes. "I like those. You about to snatch somebody man with those. I see you." I said as she danced. "Something light. Send that nigga right back to her at night." she said as I laughed. "You so corny." I laughed. "You love my corniness though. So what are you gonna do about Mr. Man?" she asked as she went back into the changing room. "I don't know. Stay as far away from him as I can. i refuse to get played like that again." I said to her.

  "He didn't play you though did he?" she said as I thought about it. "Well no, yeah, kinda." I said sounding confused my damn self. "What did he say exactly?" she asked coming out the room. "He was planning to take me on a date but got ambushed by the news of him being transferred. Communication was abruptly cut between the both of us since we both got our numbers changed, just one big miscommunication." I said as she nodded her head. "I think you should give him another chance. The guy is head over heels for you. Did you not see his face when he saw you? He was happy as hell. Fucking teeth could've gave a blind man vision." she said as I hollered in the damn store getting weird looks from everybody. 

  "My bad y'all. You play entirely too much." I said as I laughed at her. "For real though. That man is fine as hell. Grab him before he moves on to someone else." she said as I thought about that. I really want to but for some reason, something is holding me back. "Well enough about that let's finish up since we have an important meeting to attend tomorrow." she said as we finally left the store. 

Derrick POV     

  I'm going to make him mine. Watch me. He's everything I want if only he could see that. It's cool though I'm just gonna have to prove it to him. "Hey lover boy. You hear me?" Malik said as we were walking. "Nah my bad, what you say?" I said looking at him. "I said make sure you get some rest tomorrow, we have an important business meeting tomorrow." he said again. "I got you." I said as I dapped him up. "You know who gonna be there?" I asked him. "Nah but I heard we have a strong partnership with the company but that's all I got." he said as I shrugged my shoulders. "Ight well I'll see you tomorrow then." I said as I waved to him. 

  On my way home, I stopped by a florist to get some roses. Phase one of making him fall for me is a go. 

Rob POV   

  I was awakened by the sound of my alarm clock. "I'm up. I'm up. What you so loud for?" I said as I got up. I'm so not ready for today but then again, I am. Anything to get this day over with. Luckily I my job was outside the city so I could drive my car. I hurried up and got dressed before making something quick to eat. "Hey baby. Did you miss me because I missed you." I said to my 2009 Chevy Malibu. I pulled the sun roof back before pulling out the drive way. I didn't have to wait for Alexis because she left before I did (she texted me earlier while I was getting dressed). When I pulled up to the building, I sat there for a moment and took it all in. 

  "New job, who this?" I said to myself. "Ah good morning Robert, nice of you to join us. My name is Daniel and these are my colleagues Lisa, Marc, Sam and Taylor." he said as he introduced everyone to me. "Nice to meet you. I'm very excited to be a part of this team." I said as they all smiled back at me. "We're glad to have you hear. We've heard some wonderful things about you so we're excited as well." he said as he smiled at me. I'm liking the environment here already. "Please help yourself to some doughnuts and coffee while we wait for our other guest to arrive." he said as pointing to where the food was. "Don't mind if I do." I laughed as I walked to the table. 

  "Good morning to you too big head." Alexis said as she hugged me. "Good morning baby girl. I'm so happy to be here." I said as she smiled at me. "Me too. The people here are so nice." she said as I nodded my head. "Today's gonna be a good day. I know it." I smiled as she did the same thing. We took our seats as everyone walked in. "Everyone please welcome our guest Malik and Derrick representing FedEx. I looked up to see my ba- I meant Derrick walking in. Derrick turned around and walked back outside as Malik kept walking. "Nice to meet you gentleman, where's Derrick?" Daniel asked. "I'm right here. I left my phone in the car. Is there someone named Robert here?" he asked.

  "Yea he's right over there." Daniel said pointing to me. "Some one told me to give you these." he said handing me the roses. "Secret admirer already?" Alexis said as I blushed. "I saw that there was a card attached to them so I read it: "I'm falling harder and harder for you everyday. Can't wait for the day you become mine. I'm going to make you believe in love again. -D ". He is too sweet. "Oh my god." Alexis whispered as I blushed even harder. I'm light skin so I'm over here blending in with this damn red paint. "These are nice. I have to thank whoever sent these." I said as I smiled at the flowers. Everyone else smiled at me. "Let's get down to business so you can do just that." Daniel smiled as the meeting went on. 

  It was mostly regard or shipments and how we could bolster that by signing more customers up for the shipping of their medications. I stared at the roses smiling harder and harder each time. When the meeting was over, I had to go to the bathroom, so I did just that. I handled my biz and was now washing my hands. "How'd you like your flowers babe?" Derrick said as he snaked his arms around my waist. Not gonna lie, he scared the shit outta me just now. "They're beautiful. I really like them. Thank you. The card was really sweet too." I said as he rocked me from side to side. "Nothing but the best for my baby. Can I get my thank you now?" he smiled.

  "Oh it was you? Thank you so much." I said smiling back at him. "You welcome but that's not what I want though." he said pouting as I laughed at him. "Come here." I said as I started kissing him. He picked me up and put me on the counter top.  "Wait the door." I said as he was kissing my neck. "Baby I locked it so it's just you and me. Now come here." he said turning me back to him. His lips feel so good. "Thank. You. For. The. Flowers." I said in between kisses. He smiled "You welcome. Anything to see that smile on your face." he said as he gripped me tighter. He looked so good in his casual clothes. "Thanks baby you do too." he said kissing on the same spot if my neck. "Derrick you better not leave a hickeeeeyyyy." I moaned as his tongue was swiping against my skin. 

  "Sorry baby. Can't help myself." he laughed. "Get off me." I said as I pushed him away from me. I turned to the mirror to see if he actually did leave a mark. Luckily he didn't. "You play to damn much." I said as I got up. "You smell like me now." he laughed. Boy if you don't. "You might want to fix yourself up before you go back out there." he said as I did that for me. When I came to tucking my shirt in the back, he wasted no time grabbing my ass. "I like this a lot." he said squeezing it. "Keep dreaming." I said sticking my tongue out as he wasted no time kissing it, catching me off guard. "I will." he smirked at me. I tucked his shirt it. "Rooobbb" he groaned as I looked at him confused. 

  I noticed where I was tucking the shirt. "My bad." I laughed as I looked at him. He was looking at me with so much lust. "Keep on looking. Keep looking in witcho looking ass." I said quoting my favorite song. "You'll be mines soon enough. I put that on everything baby boy." he said as I blushed. I started to walk away from him before he stopped me. "Lil baby can I get your new number?" he asked as I laughed. "Gimme your phone." I said as I put my number in his phone. After that, I walked out the bathroom. Luckily for me nobody noticed that we was gone for a good minute. Hell everybody was already gone. "Come on." he said as I grabbed the roses from the table. I made sure the card was with them before we left out. "I'll see you later. Glad you like your roses." he said smiling. 

"Thank you so much." I said smiling as I smelled them. I'm over here acting like a damn teenage school kid. Ugh. Once I finally made it home, I stripped to nothing. "He ain't lie, I smell just like him." I said as I smiled. My phone started ringing as I went to look for it. "Well damn what am I playing hide and go seek with the damn phone?" I said to myself as I really couldn't find it. I finally found it on the dining room. I missed the call but I didn't recognize the number anyway. I just called the person back. "Thought you gave me the wrong number." they laughed as I already knew who it was. "I'm sorry I couldn't find my phone." I said as I poured me something to drink. "What you doing big head?" I asked him. 

  "You." he said making me choke on my damn juice. He bust out laughing on the other end of the phone while I was coughing my life away. "I'm glad you found that shit funny. Now if I would've died then what?" I said salty as hell. "My bad bae. That was just too funny." he said still laughing. "OK I get it. You know what I'm hanging up." I said as he stopped laughing. "OK OK I'm sorry. I still want to talk to you though. What are you doing?" he asked. "Recovering from seeing my life flash before my eyes and smelling these roses." I smirked. "Oh word? Whoever got you those must really like you." he said. "I guess so. I'm going to have to find this secret admirer of mine and tell him that" I said smirking. "I could relay the message for you." he said as I laughed. 

  "It's fine. I think it's better if I do it in person anyway." I smiled. "Stop playing and just be mine already Rob." he said all husky like. "If you want me, you have to catch me." I smiled. "Challenge accepted." he said as I smiled. For the rest of the night just sat there talking (I put his ass on mute while I showered. Don't tell him that though). "I'm so tired and I wish you was here to play in my hair." he whined to me. "Aww. Just be happy that you're talking to me right now." I smiled looking at the phone. "I know but still." he said as I laughed. "Go to sleep boy." I said plugging my phone up and setting my alarm. "Nah I wanna go to sleep with you so don't hang up. I'll make sure you get up on time." he said as I smiled before closing my eyes.
