Mae's P. O. V

Its been a week since the blood moon passed, I had to stay home till I was properly healed.During the blood moon my shaped shifting powers were misbehaving, I was changing into people I have transformed into since birth. Jay's precognition was misbehaving as well,he was dreaming of all the visions he has had his whole life, Josh was running round his room involuntarily,Reeny caused rain to fall for days(involuntarily), Mil's body was all over her room if you get what I mean(elasticity), Ryan made everything in his room to be in the air, Angel spoilt all the electronics in her room, Avery was going through things, Jack could hear everything everyone in the neighborhood is saying at once while Ry that doesn't get tired was extraordinarily lazy.

That's what they all told me and as for my mom she was in her room all through so she won't kill us with her blood bending powers. We all stayed in our rooms, when we want to eat, we come downstairs one after the other to eat. As for Angel they sent her food to her room so she won't damage their oven and blow up the house, the same goes for Ryan.

It felt good to finally be in school. I saw Ella and Kath and each time our eyes meet they smile,I will pay them back alright.

"How are you?", Christine asked me as she ran to meet me.

" Better. Hope I didn't miss much",I asked.

"Not really, teachers has been asking of you, we didn't have test since because the principal wasn't around and so was your family and most of the teachers. Do you know why?", she asked.

" No,I don't. But all I know is that I was sick so I couldn't come. My family was looking after me and the principal went on a trip as for the teachers, I don't know ",I explained.

" Oh okay"she found it hard to believe me but who cares? I can't tell her all about me.

"Christine", her brother called her.

" Coming bro",she said as she left.

I went to the class and sat in my usual position. Nathan entered seconds later and sat beside me.

"When will the tutor begin?",he asked.

" How about today after school in the library? I will tutor you for two hours every Monday's and Friday",I answered not looking him in the eye.

"Okay, that will do. So what subject do we start with?", he asked.

" Maths, Further maths, Economics and Physics. That's the subject I will be teaching you, I know you know the other subjects. ",I replied him.

" Good,so we can finally go our separate ways ",he said.

" You have no idea how I want this tutoring bullshit to be over.",I spoke as I looked at him

"You have no idea", he smiled.

We are done in having biology and to be sincere I hate biology more,it's reminding about how Kath dug her nails inside my stomach while Ella beat me till I was unconscious.

" Avery, Renata,Ryan, Jackson, Angel,Mil,John,Jacob Ryder,Joshua and Mae come to my office right away",the principal announced as we were having lunch.

"Who is John?",Reeny asked.

" We are about to find out",Ryan said as we all stood up and went to the principals office.

"I have an important announcement to make", principal Kelvis said.

" Okay, go ahead",Jay said rudely.

"Are you angry with me?", the principal asked.

" Yes. You haven't made those punks pay, they are enjoying their lives when it took my sister weeks to heal",Josh said.

"I will make them pay",he said.

" That was what you-"

"Okay,Jay enough. Go ahead and tell us about the important announcement, we ain't done with lunch", I said.

" You guys will be having history ",the principal said.

" Even science student "Angel yelled.

" Yes, your old teacher will continue her lectures. No funny business this time",he said.

"And we have a new student two actually but I just want to introduce one to you. He is staying with his foster parent because his parents are on a business trip. He was in your class,his name is John Kingsley,do you remember him?",the principal asked.

" We were over hundred in a class so no we don't remember him", Avery said.

"Well he was in your class here is he. Tell them what your powers are", the principal told John.

John came into the light so we can see him before he stood at the back of Principal Kelvis. When he came closer to us, his face looked familiar.

" I am John Kingsley and I am a demonite, I attended the same school as you guys back in Demonia. My powers are-"

"Talking to animals, vision and time travel", I said remembering where I met him.

" Mae, you remembered me",John sounded surprised.

"Why won't I? ", I asked.

" Because you were quite popular in Demonia and now you are more popular. ",John smiled.

" Where do you know him from?",Mil asked.

"I gave him two tickets to see my cousin Rita sing with his little sister during her concert. And he helped me back then when I was 5years old, when some guy they called booger tried bullying me", I ended.

" You remember that as well?",he asked.

"Yea, we demonites remembers what happened to us right from when we clock two", I said.

" I owe you a lot, because of you my life changed for the best. How can I repay you?",I asked him

"When I think of something I will tell you. Anyways my foster family are humans so hiding my powers is pretty difficult but not impossible. It fun though saving humans without them knowing", John said.

" You can go now",the principal said and we left his office.

"And that's all for today", I said as I stood up.

" Your not that bad",he smirk.

"If you are expecting me to say thanks I won't", I said putting my books and textbook in my bag.

" I wasn't expecting one. I never knew you loved Maths or knew Maths better than any subject ",he said looking me straight in the eye.

" There are a lot of things you don't know about me",I smiled.

" And I intend finding out ",he said.

" Don't bother because you will only find what I want you to find",I hunged my bag on my shoulder.

" We will see about that, sweetheart. ",he said and I left.
