What sucks more than a broken heart?

Being deeply in love with someone who is one of your best friends, and who is someone who is completely comfortable around you and they have no idea how much how much they are killing you every time they say the simple sentence "I love you" or "you are beautiful" because I know that they don't mean it in the way I want them to mean it.
