Strong language....

Is it all just fucking pity? Do i actually have no friends and everyone who talks with me is just there because of pity? Because that's what it feels like.... The only reason i haven't fucking killed myself us because my brother needs me but apparently I'm just a sissy and unneeded in my fucking family after taking care of him all night for four or five months! So if i am unneeded maybe i should kill myself....i don't know i just don't think any physical pain could compare at this point. Im sorry for wasting all of your time...ill just leave...
