Within a few minutes, Anakin had landed the ship in the docking bay of the temple and opened the ramp; Ezra grabbed his bag, threw it over his shoulder before following the man as they began to make their way towards the Jedi council room. Ahsoka briefly greeted the two happily before rushing off - she was late meeting some friends for a shopping trip. The teenager was excited to see his crew again as - truth be told, he had really missed them. Once the two had arrived to their destination, the Masters greeted them with smiles - even Master Windu sent a small grin towards the Padawan. "Where's my crew??" Ezra asked after the greetings were over; Master Depa spoke up "they should be here any minute now". 

True to her word, the door was suddenly opened to reveal the small group "Ezra!!" they exclaimed with joy; Sabine rushed forward and attacked the boy, hugging her with all of her might - Hera soon followed suit. Ezra chuckled and he gladly returned the tight embrace "I missed you guys too". Zeb stepped forth as he wrapped an arm around the teenagers shoulders, playfully ruffling his hair "looks like you kept out of trouble" the Lasat joked, although there was a hint of relief hidden away in his voice; the boy still laughed and smiled "right back at you big guy". Finally, Kanan approached his Padawan and instantly pulled him into a bone crushing hug, into a warm and strong embrace as he rested his cheek against the boys hair; Ezra wrapped his own arms around the man just as tight as his face was pressed to his chest.  "I missed you so much Ezra" Kanan whispered as he felt his eyes suddenly become moist; the teenager felt the same as a small lump began to form in the back of his throat "I missed you too Kanan...so much". 

All of the Masters watched with smiled at the touching moment. As the two parted, Sabine then noticed the youngest crew members outfit "looking good kid" she complimented "where'd you get the clothes??" the boy gave a small smile as he cheeks turned a light shade of pink - he was still getting used to hearing nice things being said about him "thanks, Padme and Anakin bought them for me as my jumpsuit strung in the wash". Hera made a mental note to buy the kid some more clothes. Master Kenobi spoke up "did you get the break you needed Ezra??" he asked earning a nod "it was definitely an experience that I won't forget" they all smiled; Kanan stepped in "if you don't mind Masters, my crew and I would like to spend sometime with Ezra" they understood of course and allowed them to leave. 

The small group made their way to their main room - it was basically their own common room which was connected to their separate rooms.  "So what was it like living with the Skywalker's??" Zeb asked once they had all sat down; Ezra had placed his bag and the guitar case next to his bedroom door before joining them "it was....different, insane, tiring....but absolutely amazing" he smiled "Luke and Leia were just so cute yet crazy, they'd wake me up early in the morning by jumping on my bed, they called me Ezzy, they always wanted to play - although I sometimes had to use the force to catch them when they'd jump from high playing to 'fly'" that certainly made them all laugh and grin. Hera asked the next question "why do you have a guitar?? And since when did you own a guitar??" they had all noticed the extra bag and were wondering the same thing "Padme let me keep it, Anakin and I had found it in the attic" he explained "and since she never uses it anymore, Padme said I could have it" he smiled. 

Kanan raised a brow in surprise "so you can actually play it??" he asked earning a nod "yeah, the twins kept asking and puppy dog eying me to play for them" of course, this new information made each of them wonder something. Something that Zeb instantly asked....or instructed "go on then, let's hear ya" the teen chuckled as he stood and grabbed his guitar, taking it out of his case. "Whoa, that's a nice one too" Hera stated once she caught sight of the instrument "it is, but you know" Ezra smirked as he returned to his seat with the guitar in hand "it would look better with the Sabine touch" he looked over to the older teenager. The young girl's face immediately lit up "really?! Thanks Ezra!!" it was clear she was excited about her new assigned project . 

Before the boy could begin to play, a knocking could be heard coming from the door; they all called for whoever was there to enter. The person did so and the door opened to reveal Master Jinn "my apologies but I was hoping Ezra could return to the Jedi council??" he asked politely earning a few raise brows; he chose to give further detail "turns out the Skywalker twins had sneaked onto Anakin's ship and want to see you". Now that certainly earned some chuckles - Ezra agreed to return to the council "I know for a fact that I'll need this" he stated, talking about the guitar in his hand. They all made their way back to the Jedi council room to see Anakin lecturing his kids.....or trying to at least. All of the other Masters were smirking and holding back laughing. 

As soon as their eyes spotted the teen, they instantly ignored their father and raced away. Ezra handed Kanan his guitar before crouching down "Ezzy!!" Luke nearly tripped but somehow kept his balance; they crashed into the teens chest as they hugged him the best they could. Ezra returned the embraces "hey, you guys miss me already??" he jokingly asked, eat received two nods "I've only been gone an hour!!" he chuckled as the children took a small step back. Ezra turned serious for a moment "but you both know you shouldn't have sneaked away from home, you could have been hurt or worse" he stated, making the two suddenly find their shoes extremely interesting "and imagine how worried your mother is??" you could tell the twins felt bad now. Finally looking up, both kids apologies to the teen and their father, earning smiles all around. 

Of course, attention was drawn to the guitar "can you play on your guitar and sing again?? Please??" Leia asked with hope - the adults all raised a brow at the word "sing". Ezra smirked as he pretended to think "I don't know" he teased: the puppy dog eyes were instantly shown which no one could say no to "alright, alright". The twins cheered as they hurried to sit with their dad; Ezra took the guitar from his Master. They all sat down somewhere within the room - Ezra stood in front of them all. "Any requests??" he asked, mainly aimed at the children; Leia spoke up eagerly "can you sing the one you wrote about your mum and dad??" she asked - this made the teen regret leaving his song book/diary out. 

The adults all became worried as they knew the parent subject was a touchy one. "Em....okay, which one exactly??" there were more than one of course "em...it the one that's for Kanan and Hera" that certainly caught everyone's attention. Ezra's eyes widened before he closed them, rubbing his forehead and he took a deep breath; they were all shocked the by the new information - especially the captain and leader. They really wanted to hear this song now. "Em....okay" the teen sighed as he began to play soon followed by his voice joining the tune.

Once he finished singing and playing, the room was filled with claps, whistled and cheers; all of the women were crying whilst the man smiled. "That was amazing!!" they all agreed, adding their own compliments; Hera embraced the boy, soon followed by Kanan "we love you too kid" both of them whispered making the teen smile. Suddenly out of nowhere. a voice spoke "how cute, I almost feel bad for interrupting" they all spun around to see....Maul!! The Jedi's and Padawan all ignited their weapons, ready to fight as they pushed Zeb, Sabine, Hera and the twins behind them for protection; Anakin and Kenobi stayed next to the none force users and children. "Come with me my apprentice and I shall spear your friends" Maul promised, angering both Kanan and Ezra "he's not yours!!" the man exclaimed, followed by the teen "I'll never go with you!!". This just made the dark force user laugh "have it your way" and with that, he attempted to attack - key word "attempted". Maul was stopped my another red lightsaber, both weapons clashing together "I don't think so Maul, the boy is mine!!". It....it was Darth Vader!! "Ha!! We shall see about that Vader!!". All of a sudden, both Sith's entered a fight....against one another?! They were fighting over Ezra, wanting him to be his apprentice!!
