I was done for. At least it would all be over. My eyes welled with tears as I saw a few drops float upwards. My weight was causing me to come crashing towards the earth. I smiled up at the guards that stared back down at me, horrified looks spread across their faces. I shifted my gaze up to the clouds. They floated happily along, not paying any attention to the pain everyone down here was in, just going about minding their own business. How I longed to be a cloud sometimes. They seemed so peaceful and happy, they all got along and worked together to create masterpieces in the sky.
At least I would see Haru again after this. I closed me eyes and felt the wind rush passed me, the ground was close now. I braced myself. I landed. but not the way I thought. I opened my eyes and almost fainted. I was dead. He was dead. I reached up a hand and touched his face.

Haru is alive.

"H-how?" it was all I managed to say. He smiled.
"Someone told me that there are some things you just can't live without.

A/N: sorry I haven't updated in ages guys but nobody has been reading the past few chapters so, anyway, it's updated now! I have been planning this chapter since the day I started this book. I'm kind of disappointed in myself because it wasn't as good as I hoped... *shrug* aw well! I hope you liked it!
