BETWEEN

MR JASPER PETROVA of the Stardew Estate, Evergreen

(The Employer)

MISS OLIVIA JUNE of Marsh Street, Evergreen.

(The Employee)

THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS

1. The following terms are a binding contract between the Employer and Employee.

2. The fundamental objective of this contract is to allow the Employee to carry out their role in a professional, and safe manner within the respected guidelines.

3. The Employer and Employee agree and recognise all that occurs within this contract will be confidential, consensual, and any additional requests may be negotiated and agreed to in writing.

4. The Employee must state prior if they have any relations to another or any commitments that could be threatening to the contract, or if they have any problems before hand it is required for the Employer to see to any matters that need attention.

5. Compliance with the term above is crucial to this contract. Any violation shall make this invalid with instantaneous effect and both parties agree to be responsible for the consequences of any breach.

6. Everything in this document should be read and understood for the important purpose of the clauses above.

ROLES

7. The Employer will take accountability for the needs of the Employee and provide guidance when/and if it's needed. They shall decide upon the correct course of punishment for the Employee for any reason. For example, clause 5.

8. The Employer will abide to the consent of the Employee and make sure said Employee is comfortable in their new role.

COMMENCEMENT AND TERMS

9. If at any point, the Employer should fail to stick to the agreed conditions, the Employee has every right to act in what way they deem fit for the circumstances, and vice versa as stated in clause 7.

10. This contract shall be active for two months and will be terminated once the timeline ends, or when the parties share a mutual agreement to terminate it.

AVAILIABILITY

11. The Employee should be available for any events that may occur, and for the duration of said events. The time this may change is if the events come consistently, if the Employee isn't well or suffers with mental health that may cause a need for rest/and a break. There may be days for public appearances, other than that, the Employee can decide what they do in their free time.

12. The Employer will be available via phone or email if any situation should arise involving personal matters or problems for the Employee.

LOCATION

13. The location will take place at any given event that arises. The wedding will occur in the choice of the Employer and Employee. Everything between the proposal and the end date is down to the Employer and Employee, and things must be discussed and disclosed fairly.

SERVICE PROVISIONS

14. Both parties accept that unavoidable situations might occur; maybe public affection, but not necessary for the Employee unless stated otherwise. In noted circumstances, amendments may be changed if both parties agree to it. Both must sign and document and be subjected to the fundamental terms set out in clauses 2-5.

RULES

15. The Employee must not discuss their contract with anyone, it's confidential between them and their Employer, and vice versa. Consequences stated in clauses 7 and 9 will be carried out.

16. The Employee must keep what they do and see within the circle of those associated, and when someone should ask, it is appropriate to tell them something that doesn't arouse suspicion.

17. If the Employee partakes in any activities that will harm either the contract or the Employer, the consequences will be delt accordingly, and the contract will be terminated as stated in the clauses 5, 7, and 9, and vice versa.

AGREEMENTS

The Employer agrees to:

· Follow the needs of the Employee, example: take care of, etcetera.

· Abide to consent, if necessary, fulfil the Employee's more intimate needs.

· Honour the Employee, no other member will be seen to.

· Respect the Employee and their decisions, lifestyle, and credentials.

· Public affection.

The Employee agrees to:

· Help the Employer if the need is to arise in certain occasions.

· Public affection.

· Respect the Employer and their decisions, lifestyle, and credentials.

· Honour the Employer, no other member will be seen to.

· Abide to consent, be open to the Employer, and put health above all matters.

CONCLUSION

18. We, the undersigned, have gone through and understood completely the conditions of this contract. We willingly accept the terms of this contract and have acknowledged this by our signatures below.

Holy crap. . . And intimate needs?

"Any questions?" Jasper inquires whilst straightening his posture.

"You could say that," I begin, catching the way his fingers do a motion and Fergus turns his attention to his device. "What do you mean by. . . 'fulfil intimate needs' and 'no other member will be seen to?' What's that?"

Jasper curtly nods his head in acknowledgement. "We won' be doing any sexual activities with the opposite sex, or any activities unless accompanied to ease the suspicion from outsiders. It just gets the point across there's no cheating involved, even if the meetings are innocent." His lips lazily lift at the corner. "And that means if you want to be full of me, I'm willing to oblige."

The oxygen catches in my throat, and my eyes swing over to Fergus who's still occupied by his phone, not even blinking an eye.

"He's deaf, darling. Fergus is an expert at reading lips, and the minute I tap my hand, he'll be ready to finish off the meeting, only when I say so," he chuckles.

Rolling my eyes, I skim over the document. "Public affection needs clarification."

"Kissing, hand holding. . . maybe a little touch under the table if you get my—"

"Nope, none of that. I'll consider holding your hand, other than that, you can do the rest yourself for all I care," I huff.

"Would you like to see that?" he dares, eyes bright and I'm quick to ignore him.

What would it be like to be touched like that by Jasper Petrova?

I bet it would be thrilling and very pleasurable if his words even hold a candle to his actions. Not that I'm going to let him do such things to me in or out of the public scenario. We're not together, not even a piece of paper can make that happen.

"Consider it done, little dove." His fingers slide the contract across to his side without the need to lean over. Retrieving a black biro from his pocket, he makes fast work to scribble something down. Returning it over to me, I read over what he wrote. Consider other options for public affections.

Jasper's writing is cursive and legible. I'm shamefully jealous of how it is, and how attractive it looks with the dots and crosses. My writing is small and goes haywire if I'm rushing or under pressure, and it makes me self-conscious. If he doesn't ask me to write anything, I'll think about putting him at the bottom of my good list.

"Another thing, what do you mean by 'consent?' As in. . ."

Jasper lets out a humour filled chuckle. "Yes, for both of us in case. Obviously, I know you're not all for intimacy yet, which is fine," he clarifies, "but, just like you, I'm worried you might try to jump my bones."

A laugh bubbles up in my throat, and I can't keep it in as I look at him. "M-me? J-jump you?" I laugh again and shake my head, and this time, he smiles. "I highly doubt a five-foot-five woman can jump a six-foot something man like yourself."

"Six-foot-three, darling," Jasper playfully chastises. "And you never know, I'm sure you're quite the feline when you want to be," he muses, and I giggle in response while heat works its way into my cheeks.

Even though I'll never admit it aloud, it makes me happy to see he can have a laugh with me, and the way his eyes light up will never be forgotten.

Sobering up, he clasps his hands in front of him on the table. "Is there anything else you feel the need to run by me?" he questions.

Clearing my throat, I nod, folding my hands to mimic his position and causing an amused cock of a brow. "I'm sure you and Emit spoke, and I would like for him to check a section of my work."

A sly grin tugs at his lips before he tuts. "Olivia, I'm the one this goes through. Either way, it will come to my attention since I'm going to be the boss." Leaning forward an inch, he teases his lip. "Anything else, little dove?"

I raise my chin. "I know you know something about my visions." His eyes widen, and it's my turn to grin and lean forward. "That's right, and I want answers."

Scrubbing his jaw, Jasper retreats to his straight posture. Narrowing his eyes, he sighs and shakes his head. "What do you know?"

I shrug, exhaling. "Not a lot. Something about Gods, memories, and dreams. But I'd rather back up my sources with hard evidence. Can you do that for me?"

I'm surprised by the relieved expression he's wearing. I thought he'd deny it or laugh at me. I'm not sure what to say to him now, but I'd rather see what comes out of his mouth.
