This is my first character and one of my favorites. Gaia is a gnome bard with absolutely no control. She is chaotic good and fits that role completely.
Here are some things she's done so far.

Burned a building because the people there were not nice and she wanted to.

Knocked on a door in a dungeon expecting the one to open the door to let her in, they did not. In fact, they tried to kill her.

The first adult black dragon she meets she decides that she is going to climb on the nose of this dragon, she does.

Gets so drunk that the song she plays on her fiddle is so out of tune but it doesn't matter to her.

In the first 15 minutes of the first session she was drunk and retelling how she met her boyfriend.

Read a book that makes you have a seizure not once! Not twice! But three times.

She tried to befriend a fire monster, didn't work out.

Finds every trap in the dungeon.
