I opened the door it was Danny. "Is your car okay?"

"It is now how was things with Angel?"

"Great you look tired you should go home and get some rest I'll take care of her."

"Are you sure you don't have to you know."

"I know please just let me do it."

She smiled,"Alright."She went to her car. I shut the door and turned towards Angel. "It's hot"

"Then take off your jacket." She slipped it off her arms where covered in buirse.

My eyes widened I went up to her,"Who did this to you?" She fell silent not saying anything. "Angel can you tell me who did this to you?"

She looked at me,"Father" I froze oh Angel you don't deserve this. "I'm sorry"

"Why?" She looked at me confused.

"Your father hurt you." My mind raced that's why she was taking all those pain killers for the pain. "I'm so sorry"

She yawned,"I'm tired" I looked at the clock it was getting late I guess time just flew by. Angel stood up going to her room I followed I wanted to make sure she was safe before I left. Her room was filled with things in boxes her bed was up against the middle of a wall a queen sized. She crawled under the covers.

I sat at the edge of the bed she looked at me curiosity in her eyes. "I'd better get g-" she interrupted me. "Please stay" I rolled my eyes. Of course she'd say that. "Fine but just till you fall asleep alright?" "Okay" It's like talking to a five year old she's so childish... Of course she is drugged. She put her head on the pillow, closing her eyes she looked so cute.

After a while I was sure she was asleep I stood up, about to open her bedroom door to leave when I stopped. Don't look back. I looked back. You idiot! I souldn't have looked back. Angel was shivering under her covers. I did the only thing I could think of. What else was I suposed to do? Let her shiver all night? I sat on the other side of her bed slidding myself under the covers resting my head on a pillow. I carfuly rapped my arms around her waist not wanting to wake her or hurt her. She had bruises on her arms so she most likely had them on her sides to. I know this is wrong but I'll only be here a few minutes long enuf to warm her. Plus she won't remeber a thing tommorw so I really don't see what the big deal is.

I sighed as I pulled myself closer to Angel. Her hair smelled good, like a summer's breeze. She stopped shivering I smiled. Just alittle longer she's still cold.

I woke up to a loud thud. I got up startled by the noise, looking around I froze. I'm still in her room. I'm still in Angel's room...crap. I probably spent all night snuggling with her.

I shouldn't have looked back.
I shouldn't have tried to warm her.
I should have left when Danny came.
I should've said no to the stupid favor. I should have spent the time after the recidel with my girlfriend.
Not taking care of a loppy person!
