These are also very very rare. They are known as ' the forgotten' in most tales

Women were seen as bad luck to have one ships back in the day so they were often thrown overboard. But usually they would not die, they would morf into human like creatures with scattered patches of scales and gills

This race is almost all female but there is the male here or their (men that were thrown overboard for very unjust reasoning )

They often develop webbed fingers and toes as well. Technically they can live or land but they usually prefer to live in the water. They have a serious grudge against sailors

It's best to stay away from them. No matter your race. They are hostile
