(Y/n) POV

I was sitting in RWBY's dorm because Ruby had something she wanted to tell me. I laid back on Blake's bed while I clicked my tongue and thought 'Tonight, tonight's the night everything changes' and Ruby came into the room and she said

"Thanks for coming (Y/n)" and she sat on Weiss' bed

\"no problem" I said sitting up

"Well, what did you want to tell me?" and she let out a small sigh

"It's about this nightmare I had, Ozpin said, well, he said it was a vision of the future"

"Future? What happened?"

"Well, it was the city, the academy, all of it was burning and it was destroyed, and there were these two shadowy things, and one was killing people while the other went to eat me, my team was all there too, but they were all knocked down and hurt badly"

"Anything else?"

"yeah, the scythe you gave me was laying on the ground, shattered" and I stood up

"Ruby, you did see the future, and it doesn't sound good" and I walked up to the window and said "Don't let that worry you right now, just focus on what your doing right now" and she seemed to let out a breath of relief

"Thanks (Y/n), by the way I have another question to ask you"

"What is it?" "When are you going to choose?"

"Choose what?"

"You know, which one of us, remember before you left, we all confessed to you and you never chose one of us" and I walked up to her and patted her head

"I'll choose tonight" and she nodded

"Finally" and I walked out of the room. I started to walk around when some people were gathered and they were pointing to this small black dot in the sky

"What's that?" one asked and I looked up at it

"I don't know" and then a small white light came down from it. I very quickly got behind something. Others didn't even notice till it was far to late. The small white object exploded and this black and white goo went everywhere and if even a drop touched you, you dropped dead. I got out of my cover and thankfully the goo is only lethal when it explodes. No one next to me survived

"Shame, real shame" I said closing their eyes for the ones who had them open. I could still hear some people, but the explosion was more towards the school rather than the city so most people didn't even know what happened. I let out a low growl and said

"You bitch" I then started to run towards the opening and I quickly texted my friends and sister

"Salem attacked the school, going after her, don't follow me, make sure everything is still safe" and I didn't even wait for a response before I jumped up into the opening. When I got through I was standing at the bottom of a set of stairs

"So, your finally here" I heard a voice say. I looked back over my shoulder and saw the witch herself

"Well, I don't appreciate you just murdering people" I said with my reptilian eyes glaring at her

"(d/n, we both know you and I are infinitely more powerful than those worms, join me, and everything you could ever want will come true"

"Yeah no, I chose to use my power differently" and she nodded

"So be it" and she disappeared and reappeared right behind me. She put one of her hands over my eyes and said

"It has been fun playing with you" and I felt black lightning course through my body "Aw, no noise" she said and put even more

"You think that hurts? This is nothing" I said and grabbed her hand and twisted it away from me. Once she landed softly I tried to roundhouse kick her in the head but my foot went right through her and she said

"You really think that would work?" and a small purple ball was now in her hand

"take a look" and the ball exploded in blinding light. The next thing I knew I was laying on the ground against the opposite wall with burn marks on my arms 'Crap that hurt so much' and I felt my arms get wrapped in something. I looked and saw that there were chains working there way around my arms and they pulled me into one of the walls and locked me there

"Now (D/n)" and Salem walked up to me

"Which one dies first?" and one of the walls moved and all of my friends were also chained to the wall

"How did you get them?" I growled at her

"How? With out you protecting them, it was rather easy to snag them" and two of those red demons were now leaning over the edge and looking inside

"My pets are hungry, which one will go first?" and she walked up to them

"Hurt them and I'll tear you apart" I growled at her and attempted to struggle out of my restraints

"Don't even bother, those chains restrict strength, and the more you struggle, the tighter they get" and the chains started to pull even harder

"I choose this one" and she pointed at Nova. I saw that Nova was covered in bruises and most of her clothes were torn apart

"She did put up the best fight out of all of them" and she pulled out a knife. She put the tip on Nova's stomach and started to press it in

"Leave her alone!" I growled out but she stopped for a second to look back at me. Nova was crying out in pain as the knife stayed inside her. I then felt something, a change in the room and everything went gray

"(D/n)" I heard a female voice say

"Who's there?" I asked and a woman stepped out

"(D/n), I'm here to help you"

"then let me out of these chains"

"no, you can't beat her like you are now, not even with those demon shadows that won't be enough, but I can help you beat her"

"Then do it" and the woman put one hand on my chest and the other on my forehead "your so much more powerful than you know, let's release that energy" and a strange blue glow started to cover me. Once it did I felt a bigger surge of energy than ever before, and all of my injuries have healed like they were never there. Once the glow vanished I opened my eyes and now I had a tail unlike any of my other forms, this one was blue and looked like it had armor plating on it and at the end was a trident shape with three red ends, and I also now had horns also they were blue and armored

"Now you have the power to stop Salem" the woman said while vanishing

"What's your name?" and she said

"It's me (D/n), it's your mother" and she vanished

"thank you mother" and everything regained color

"How does it feel knowing that she dies because you weren't able to protect her?" Salem said while still stabbing Nova.

3rd POV

Salem failed to notice that (y/n) had gotten free and he punched her away from Nova. He quickly pulled out the knife and Nova said

"(y/n)? Is that you?"

"Yes, here, stay here" and he place his hand over her wound and when he removed it the stab wound was gone

"(Y/n), look out!" she said and Salem was now charging another purple ball and (y/n) put Nova down and stood up. Salem's eye's widened at the boy, who now has a tail, horns, and his eyes shaded a light blue that seemed to shine with power. Salem jumped into one of the red demon's arm's and she began to fly away. (Y/n) jumped out to follow her and missed and landed at the bottom. RWBY, Lisa, Rabbit, and Amagi all regained consciousness and Amagi said

"What happened the last thing I remember is walking down the street, a bright flash of light, and now I'm here" and everyone said similar things to say

"Nova, what's going on" Lisa said and walked up the female still sitting on the ground

"(y/n) is fighting Salem"

"What?" everyone yelled

"Relax, he's fine, he's going to win, look" and she pointed to (Y/n) as he stood at the bottom of the tower with his tail swaying

"that's (Y/n)?" Ruby asked

"yeah, the tail's new but, I don't know how he got like that"

"your right" and the all looked at Amagi

"He is going to win" while the group looked down at there friend Salem was riding one of the demon's and she said

"What are you idiotic demon's waiting for, kill him" and the two demons opened their mouths and began to breath e fire. The two spirals of fire impacted the ground and left a large crater.

Nova POV

When the fire eventually cleared the crater was still full of smoke so we couldn't see what's going on down there but you could feel the air suddenly electrifying

"Amagi, what happened to (Y/n)?" I asked her and she smirked

"His true colors are showing" and there was now a bright blue glow coming from the smoke and it shot out a beam of energy at one of the demons blasting a hole clean through it

"What do you mean true colors?" Blake asked helping Yang stand

"I mean, that" and she pointed back at (y/n). He had transformed into something new, and none of his previous transformations even came close to this amount of power. He now looked like (looks like galaxy eyes photon dragon).

"that symbol on his head, is that what I think it means?" Rabbit asked holding Lisa

"Yes, (Y/n)" and he flew up to meet Salem in the air

"Is the new Dragon King" and he let out a roar that made most of us cover our ears from it's volume.

(D/n) POV

I was flying across from my opponent and I crossed my arms "

What is this?" she asked and five more of the red demon's flew up here

"These pathetic excuses of demon's will do little to stop me" I said not even using telepathy, I said it using my dragon's voice

"get him" and three charged me 'These mindless beasts know nothing' and I caught one's head and crushed it with little effort 'But they will know the true meaning of power' and I flew at one, slicing it in half, while the other one came at me from the side. I wrapped my tail around it's head and snapped it's neck with a satisfying crack

"Impossible" Salem said and I flew back down to make sure everyone is okay

"Is everyone fine?" I said to them

"Yeah, most of are good, oh!- uh, I mean, we are okay, your majesty" and Rabbit, Lisa, Nova, and Amagi bowed

"Cut the royal crap, save it for when this bitch dies" and I began to charge my breath attack.

3rd POV

"Amagi, what's (Y/n) doing?"

"He's charging an attack, it's called World Shatter"

"Is it powerful?"

"it has the same firepower as a star going supernova" and (D/n) stood in front of them and let the attack fire. It was a blinding flash of bright blue light that was like looking at the sun, but the sun was right in front of your face. When the bean hit Salem's demons, they evaporated and Salem was caught in the blast, she let out a shriek of horror, but she to was obliterated with the demons. (D/n) flew back down to them and transformed back into a human

"let's go home"

time skip

The 8 of them were riding Amagi while she was in dragon form back to the academy. RWBY was talking among themselves, Rabbit and Lisa were hugging each other, Nova was watching (D/n) as he sat on his sister's head. She walked up to him and sat next to him and said

"So, your a king now?"

"yeah, I'm just getting used to the fact I am now" and she put her head on his shoulder

"does that make me queen now?"

"If it makes you happy, then yes"

(D/n) POV

I was sitting in the courtyard looking up at the moon thinking 'In only a few moments is when everything changes' I though when I heard

"(Y/n)" and I looked back and saw RWBY standing behind me

"What? And it's (D/n) now"

"Oh, sorry" Yang said and Ruby pointed her finger at me

"It's time to choose (D/n)"

"fine, I choose......."
