Pear advanced towards Apple. She picked up her knife. In a loud voice she proclaimed: "I will kill you, precious Apple! You have done nothing but wrong! Prepare to DIE!"

Apple closed her eyes. She felt Pear coming closer. Then, she felt unbearable pain. Pear had cut part of her off! Pear was a maniac; she was more dangerous than Apple ever could have realized. Now she knew it for sure: Pear was going to murder her, Draco, and all of her children. Pear could never make Apple suffer enough. 

Apple opened her eyes another tiny bit, and saw the knife coming down again. Pear cut more off of her. Then, Pear dropped the Apple pieces into the cauldron! A couple minutes later, she scooped them out and started to eat pieces of Apple. 

If Apple could have, she would have vomited. Then, she saw Pear coming towards her yet again. Something had to be done.
