The four new mutants working for Shredder run across the rooftops at an inhuman speed. Dōbutsu is a mutant cheetah, far ahead of the others, her long legs stretching out and her strong muscles moving in sync as she runs on all fours. Iro is behind her, her tears dried by the wind and her eyes sad, nearly drained of color and life. Electrica is third, laughing manically as she shoots bolts of lightening at whatever catches her eye. Hikari runs behind all of them, rolling her blind, glowing eyes at Electrica's actions and looking around for anything suspicious.

~The • Guys~

It's been five months since the guys failed to save the Y/ns. Five months of failed attempts to break into Shredders Lair and Lab to find them. Donnie soon figured out that they were looking for four Y/ns, and soon after he had a breakdown realizing along with four Y/ns, there were four more dimensions with sixteen ninja turtles. That was a frightening and mind blowing thought for Donatello, and he had to sit in front of the TV watching National Geographic with a cup of tea until he calmed down.

Now he works day and night trying to find them. He shudders at the thought of what Shredder might've done to his beautiful flower.
He has no idea.

Tonight, they're out on patrol, looking for four Y/ns, any Foot bots and Kraang. So far, nothing.

As Mikey glances over his shoulder and watches the TCRI building slowly shrink, he sighs softly. He misses his Sunshine more than he can express. He barely eats, rarely sleeps, and hasn't spoke since that horrible day.

Raph keeps his eyes straight ahead, his bright green orbs cold and harsh. He moves with one thought in his mind. -Save her.- If he thinks about anything else, he collapses. His brothers don't mention it, but they can hear his muffled sobs at night.

Leo is basically a robot. He eats small portions and trains until he's utterly exhausted and needs to be carried to bed. He meditates at least once a day. It helps him stay somewhat calm, but he punishes himself by reliving the moment he failed to save you. He believes if he ever gets you back, he'll be lucky if you let him call you a friend.

When the two groups stumble upon each other, everyone is shocked.

Leo sees Electrica first. At first he doesn't recognize her with her long, untamed h/c hair and her wild e/c eyes. The fact that she's shooting lightening bolts in any and every direction makes him snap out of his robotic daze and examine her as best he can from his distance. When it finally clicks, his eyes widen.
"Guys!" He gasps, causing the others to turn their attention to him immediately. Leo had barely spoke during the five months, and his tone of voice was never that hopeful and urgent.

Donnie sees Dōbutsu next. His eyes widen as he watches her stand tall and shift into a wolf mutant, sniffing the air.
"What the.." he mumbles, and she hears, her head snapping to his direction and her dark e/c eyes meeting his with a frightening look.

Mikey sees Hikari while this happens, his eyes widening and his heart beat increasing. He stumbles forward a bit and watches as she looks around with glowing eyes.
"I-I think.. th-that's.." he mutters in shock.

Raph runs forward and stops at the edge of the rooftop, staring at Iro with intense green eyes before a grin spreads across his face.
"Y/n!" He shouts, he and his brothers jumping to the next rooftop towards them.

~Dōbutsu • Donatello~

As the other three run behind Dōbutsu, she sniffs the air momentarily and catches the scent of something familiar. With several cracks and snaps of her bones, she shifts into a wolf and sniffs again.

"What the.." she hears someone speak, and her head snaps towards the voice. Then she sees him. The mutant she once loved, and now loathes. Her eyes widen as her mind races, deciding whether to tell the others or attack Donatello now. With a irritated sigh, she stands her ground.
"Girls," she growls as she stares at Donatello, picking up her teammates conversation.

"Electria, I swear, if you don't shut up I will make you hurt," Iro threatens. "And I don't mean emotionally like I do." She adds with a low growl.

Electria giggles insanely.
"I've felt all the pain in the world, I don't think anything else could—" she stops suddenly. Dōbutsu glances back and sees Electrica looking in the ninja turtles direction.

"What is– o-oh my.. o-oh no.." Iro gasps and steps back as she sees Raphael.

Hikari spies Mikey with her light eyes and frowns slightly as she observes him running towards her. Electrica suddenly forms a shield of electricity around the four of them, muttering under her breath.

"I'm not ready.. I can't.. I'm not strong enough.." Dōbutsu hears her mutter. Turning back to the ninja turtles, the shape shifting mutant jumps when she finds Donnie not two feet away, staring down at her with interested and relieved eyes.

"Fascinating.." he mumbles as he looks her up and down.

"Like what you see~?" Dōbu purrs with a smirk. She inwardly is very aggravated with herself. She hates how flirtatious she is. And her flirting with the enemy is something she's sure Shredder frowns upon.
Donnie is very surprised when Dōbutsu speaks. A blush spreads across his face as he finds himself speechless.

"What's wrong Donatello~?" Dōbu smirks as she shifts into a lioness. "Cat got your tongue~?"

Donnie gulps softly and chuckles nervously.

~Iro • Raphael~

Iro finds herself shaking. Her powers move with her mind, and form and personal shield around her. Raphael stares at her with concerned eyes through the electric wall separating them.
"Y-Y/n?" He speaks softly. Iro feels his bright green eyes stare into her dull e/c eyes.

"I-I'm not.. y-you.." she steps back from him, shaking her head. "I-I'm not ready for this.." she whispers.

"Y/n.. what happened?" Raph frowns as he steps closer to the electric force field.

Iro shakes her head.
"You ruined my life, and one day I'll ruin yours." She whispered with a glare.

~Electrica • Leonardo~

Leo runs up to Electrica and stares at her with wide blue eyes. Electrica stares back with confused, lost, sparking e/c eyes.

"I hate you," she mutters. Leo frowns with slightly shock.

"Y-you do?" He says.

"Why do I hate you?" Electrica asks him, stepping closer. "What did you do to make me loathe you with such passion?"

"I-I don't know.." Leo whispers with a frown. "Y/n, do you know who I am?"

Electrica shakes her head and steps back again.
"That's not my name, Leonardo," she spits out his name with disgust. "I'm supposed to kill you.. slowly and painfully."

Leonardo's jaw drops slightly as he stands there in shock.

"But I can't tonight.. there's distractions.. the voices in my head tell me to wait," she giggles insanely.

~Hikari • Michelangelo~

"Y/n!" Mikey speaks in his cheerful innocent tone, smiling brightly. "You're glowing!" He laughs slightly.

Hikari stares at him with golden glowing eyes. She's technically blind, but she can see if she focuses. Very slowly, her skin stops glowing, as do her eyes, and she looks at him with her normal e/c eyes.

"Michelangelo.." she speaks with a clear, emotionless voice.

"Silly, you call me Mikey or Mikester! And I call you Y/n or Su—"

"I don't care what I called you or what you called me. Just answer me this; why do I hate you for no apparent reason?" She looks up at him with desperate eyes while her voice holds no emotion.

Mikey frowns.
"Because the Shredder hates us, and he wants to hurt us," he holds his hand just a few inches away from the electric shield. "So far it's working."

Hikari feels tears build up, and she looks away from the orange masked turtle.
"You need to leave, before one of the others looses their cool," she looks at Mikey with sad eyes. "I'm sorry Michel– Mikey.."

Then the girls back away, Electrica struggling to hold the electric shield up. The guys shout for their girls, but it doesn't matter. Dōbutsu winks at Donnie before picking up Electrica and running away with the others. The guys run to the edge of the rooftop and watch them leave.

"That.. didn't go well.." Donnie remarks.

Leo shakes his head.
"We were unprepared.. next time, we'll be ready." He speaks with determination.
