Background:

Joseph is a man who loves cars. He's been into cars ever since his dad let him pretend he was driving his car.He is a street racer, it is dangerous for him to race but he loves it. He loves the danger that comes along with it and getting chased by the police. He is the only child and doesn't really have family. He just graduated out of high school and he moves from place to place. You can never see him at one spot. Only one particular spot, the underground garage that all the street racers race. He spends all of his time here, he only goes there at night. If you are lucky you can see him driving around in the afternoon.
